http://named.publicprofiler.org/ Says were your surname is most popular. Worked well for mine as my grandparents emigrated from western Ireland to Glasgow which show as the only two hotspots for my surname.

Uncharted 4: A Thief's Thiefing Thief

For all the flack AC gets, people sure like to steal stuff from it. Also looking this info up seems like a common occurrence for naughty dog, so hard to brush off as a mistake -
Uncharted 4: A Thief's Thiefing Thief
TheFlyingGerbil replied to SomTervo's topic in PlayStation Games
Apart from the prettier graphics (but the waterfalls still look bad) that could basically be a trailer for any of the the other games in the series. The reluctant 'hero' on his definitely-the-last-this-time international murder and theft spree which never seem to have any consequences even for his own conscience except as a minute long break from the action to try and make him relatable, except he totally walls into all these situations himself wide eyed and dragging his innocent friends along with him which he pretends to feel sorry about but does anyway. Id rather him just be like FUCK YEAH I GET HIGH ON DANGER. Kind of over this series now -
Needs 90fps? So the ps4 vr is going to be some n64 looking shit

I was hoping to get a bundle with a ps4, headset and game for that sort of price, seems increasingly unlikely.

http://indy100.independent.co.uk/article/this-map-shows-which-countries-most-want-britain-to-stay-in-the-eu--bk0H4iWXRx This is a very short article, it also shows which countries most want uk to leave. It does show also that uk itself is at 10% "net remain" I.e. Ten percent more want to stay in Europe than leave. I would imagine the leavers would be more motivated to vote though so with only ten percent in it the result of a vote may not reflect majority opinion.
-
Can you add a poll in here with A. From uk, want to stay B. From uk, we should leave C. Not from uk, you should stay D. Not from uk you should leave And any other responses you can think would be useful? Might be interesting.

If you're going to play a game on it would you plug it into your TV or use a its own screen or would it depend on the game

You can now go to accounts.nintendo.com to set up your Nintendo Account. All you need to do is Log in with your NNID and enter the code they email you. You can then go to miitomo.com to pre register your interest. you will earn platinum points for preregistration on miitomo, so it's worth doing even if you're not sure you want the app. Platinum points are the ones you exchange for digital goods and in future physical goods, rather than gold which are used for discounts. All a bit confusing but I'm sure it will be seem simpler when it's all up and running.

What are you listening to now?
TheFlyingGerbil replied to Chronixal's topic in Entertainment Exchange
Reminded me I liked their song from empire records Not heard it in years. Oh, and this one from the film too Loved that film and apparently the soundtrack too, more than I remembered. Thanks for the impromptu trip down memory lane, Chopin. -
Was interested when it came out, but now it's half price bought it, though I'm back into splatoon powering up my splatfest tee so not sure when I'll actually play it.

I finished Captain Toad today, at least as much as I'm willing. I got three stamps on the first book and two each on the second and third (I.e. I completed all the levels in the first episode, getting all the gems in each level and all the optional red tick objectives, for episodes 2 and 3 I just completed all levels with all jewels, not all optional objectives) and all the dozen or so bonus levels I unlocked which I. Think is enough. Considering all that doing all the extra objectives for an entire episode does is unlock one extra level in the bonuses I don't consider it worthwhile. Especially as I'll never get 100% as the time trials and mummy me level optional objectives are just not possible at my skill level. i really liked the game, a good combination of puzzle and action with not too many 'got to keep moving' levels. The graphics were really nice too, I don't know what you'd call the style but the stone especially had this really solid matte look to it that I loved and I'd rather thrillingly spend time just moving he camera around to look at it. The dragon boss had a shiny version of it so I'd spen time just wandering around on his head. Just got to decide now if I go straight on to super Marino 3D world because I enjoyed this or give myself a break and play something completely different.

Ah, I'll let them off then since it's not really an offer from the site

What do you get reward points for on Amazon? They seem to have miles more cool stuff over there, probably funded by the tax they don't pay our Government.
-
Some good stuff in there, I really should try and get myself in to pc gaming
-
I can't decide how much I love/hate this. Needs sound. Link

Wow, I'm super stoked now, guys! Probably still give it a go.

Has The X Files started in the US yet? If not is anyone going to watch it? I hope it's not disappointing. II can hardly remember what I thought about it by the end of the previous run.

They've said I can get a partial refund (only about ten quid) or send it back which I'm not sure I can be bothered sorting out as I really don't want to have to work out another phone to get. I'll probably just keep it and have a permanent knot of annoyance in my stomach every time i think about it or use it until i get a new one in a year or so. I've only just had a massive hassle to get a refund on a different faulty phone i got for Christmas. I'm so done.
-
Doesn't it drive you insane? I suppose it may be more annoying for me with my non-existent mobile network reception. Sounds like there may be little point sending my phone back as it won't be something they could fix or even replace the phone for. Why's technology so universally disappointing. Connecting to WiFi is something even my 3ds can manage so why is it too much for Google to work out.
-
So is it a bit like myst then?
-
Does anyone here have problems staying connected to WiFi on android (5.1)? Seems after googling it there are a lot of people saying they have the problem and lots of articles telling you to wait for Google to fix it or giving rubbish generic solutions like restarting your router. Anyone found any solutions that actually work?

I feel the opposite way about the two of them than I believe most people do. It was from watching that documentary film with them in. I felt fish was just trying to make the best game he could and events conspired against him and from outside the film (twitter etc) maybe he didn't convey he passion he had for his game in the best way but it was obvious he cared about what he was doing. Blow just came across as supremely arrogant: less passionate about the game itself and saw it just as a vessel for his own talent which he would happily have poured into anything that gave him the recognition he believed he so richly deserved.

You need more hatred darkening your soul.

Maybe it's because I already don't like him but the first paragraph makes it seem like he thinks he's above such petty things as how to actually sell his game, especially as he seems to have been working with Sony as he was at their conference and is on their console first. The second, that we should just be grateful that he is letting the great unwashed experience his genius. But I will readily admit that I am predisposed to be annoyed by anything he says and had this come from a developer I liked it may have come across as cute for me.
