the luigi XL was announced for EU the same time as the Zelda one, so there's always hope.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s0d9d-cdxhk PS4 live action advert. I don't hate it.

Tesco is the absolute worst supermarket. ASDA is cheap and chearful, Morrisons is cheaper than Tesco and has a lot of nice fresh stuff. Sainsburys is barely dearer than Tesco now but has better choice and quality. Tesco is just big - it's not particularly cheap or good and just seems aggressively supermarkety if that's a thing.

Link Between Worlds is getting a limited edition XL. Lush. If they had designed the XL to have replaceable covers, Nintendo could have made a fortune. Hell, even if they sorted out their account system I know people would buy the whole console again to get some of these limited editions. In other news, the cover of the boxed version is reversible - one side is gold-tone, the other full colour. I'm sure I remember people complaining about one or the other so hopefully this will make people happy, though it does mean there won't be cool little pictures in the case cut outs.

I find this way funnier than I should:

you can pre-order the Wii U version for under £25 in the UK, which seems perfectly reasonable to me.
-
This is on the Sony website: so it should be OK, though by the sounds of it not that useful.

Here's the video. I think Link looks like the things from Dark Crystal. I'm looking forward to this game it feels very zelda-y. BUT I hope that means they go a bit more off track for the WIi U Zelda. <><><> WWHD caused a 685% lift in Wii U sales in the UK, which I know is only possible because of the low start point but it does show there is hope for the Wii U and people will buy it if there are games people want to play on it. The game ended up at number 4 in the chart which is pretty decent too, must mean most the people with a Wii U got it.

I wish I'd given that show more of a chance. I lost interest after a few episodes and gave up but I've heard several people say they liked it. I've just seen an advert for the last series of Misfits. I thought the last series was the last series? I thought that one was less good than the rest so I hope they manage to pick it up and leave on a high.

If you welcome the cat further in to your life you have to be prepared for it to disappear if it does belong to someone else and they, for example move from the area. You could put photos up of it asking if it belongs to anyone. If there;s no response you should feel safer getting more attached.

it's a fixed route, with several fixed bus stops along the route. you tell him which stop on the route you want to get off at. he charges accordingly.

The Beeb has found some lost Doctor Who episodes. There's a total of 106 missing episodes which is more than I realised I wonder if they are all out there somewhere, and whether they'll be found or not. Has anyone watched any of the very old episodes (e.g. the William Hartnell ones?) It's scary to think of all the socially and culturally important programming the BBC destroyed over the years. I assume that everything is kept nowadays, but I wonder when they started wit that.

yeah, I thought the director''s cut was out ages ago, just the wii u one wasn't out yet.

sandwich toaster is the correct term here in the UK too, Mr. GOH!, toastie (maker) is the colloquial term. @Mali. My electric toothbrushes have always lasted several years, so unless you want it sat in a cupboard that long on the off chance would give the other toothbrush to your Mum if she wants it.

Well, I can't speak for everyone else, but I'm doing great. Welcome to the site - hope you have fun and stick around.

so wonderful. so weird.

WWHD only took 6 months to port. In Nintendo time that is the blink of an eye. Kind of sneaky how Nintendo made it seem like it took ages - probably an attempt to justify the price they're charging for it. £50 on the eShop, that's £10 more than Pikmin 3 at release :/ I just get so frustrated with them sometimes. They seem determined to squander any good will anybody may have left for them.

Not sure how many times I'm going to end up hearing this before Halloween.
