I'm not really sure if this is the best thread to discuss this but has anyone else heard about how Nintendo has started to claim the ad revenue on youtube videos like Let's Plays? If there's a more appropriate thread for this then feel free to move it.

Ace Attorney 5 is digital download only in NA/EU. That doesn't bode well for a localization of the Phoenix/Layton crossover.

I've personally never seen the fascination with Layton. It feels like I could get what it brings to the table somewhere else. Though I'm not about to judge those that do as obviously there's something I'm missing that makes it really good

No, there really isn't anything quite like layton. The accordion music, steampunk/victorian/saturday cartoon art, production values, puzzles, and optimism. It's a weird mix.

I think Crecente is doing his own site now but I haven't really looked into it. As for Stephen, I definitely liked him more when he wasn't in charge.

I usually bid below my actual max bid, and then if I'm still in the lead in the last hour I'll raise it to my REAL max bid in the last five minutes. That usually trips the fuckers up.
