I started Mass Effect 2 over again. I didnt feel like picking up where I left off because it was over a month ago. I tried the male Shepard, but the customization options for him...suck. Ass. A lot. You have like 5 different hair choices, all short. You cant even get an Osama beard. Lame. So I started another female shep. All is well.

I had it on PS2 already, but whatever. I like the game still, but...SF4 is better in almost every way. Sorry. I also dont think the parry system is as great as people make it out to be. its flawed.

Are they the only ones knocking the 3DS and glorifying the Vita? It doesnt seem like it.

Was the "Land" series ever popular? Would anyone remember the bunny ears? I loved those games on my gameboy. They were very solid. I never see them mentioned though. As if they didnt happen.

While I prefer MGS2's gameplay over MGS1, using that gameplay in MGS1 makes the game a joke. The game just wasnt designed for it. The Revolver Ocelot fight being the big example of that. Its laughably bad. If they were going to change the gameplay, the needed to change everything. Bosses, for one. Bigger levels. Better fucking animation. MGS2 still looks better. Ive gone over other stuff thats wrong with Twin Snakes, so im going to stop now. I could be here all day.

I dont see how it's really a sport. Even Nascar is more of a sport, and thats not even a sport.

I got Twin Peaks boxset, Freaks And Geeks boxset, Blair Witch Bluray(wut?), Cyrus dvd, Piranha dvd, Tim and Eric seasons 1 dvd, Futurama Into the Wild Green Yonder dvd, and a Seattles Best Thermos for free. One of my managers let me take them last week. Since I dotn work for the company because it no longer exists, I dont care for hiding it. During the liquidation, one of my other managers would let me rearrange price stickers on stuff so I could get it for bargain prices with the discount on top of it. I got lots of shit that way too. I guess thats not a purchase, but I wanted to gloat.

Is it actually that big of a deal outside the US? Im seriously asking.

I also have a fanatical love for Metal Gear. Its the only series that I buy a game and NEVER get rid of it. I buy every MG game day one. Except Twin Snakes. I played it and sold it as soon as I finished it. What a pile of shit.

Something that absolutely positively was supposed to happen is not in the slightest a victory. A 30% or so price drop on something from a well known company in less than a year is SUPPOSED to sell a lot in its first few months or so. When they announced the price drop, even I wanted one. Just for Zelda and SF4. two games ive already played. I have no idea what else for. Thats the kind of idiocy that runs in the average consumer. But if they can keep up the sales and shit out a Mario title soon, then yeah, theyll be back on track. Otherwise this will be another Nintendo item that people will say "collects dust."

Does anyone have a game or several games they replay almost once every year or more because they make you feel good to experience again? I tend to play Super Mario Bros. 3 once a year for the last 10 years easily. Its my favorite game ever and I have great memories of it. Its like an itch I have to scratch. I bring this up because Im replaying Breath of Fire 3. Ive played this game many times. I started the 3rd Birthday recently too, which is excellent, but Id rather play BoF3. It just feels "right" to play it now. I hope someday Ill give 3rd Birthday a chance. So what are your comfort games?

I bought these Sony noise canceling headphones from work for 12 dollars. they were stickered 200 dollars. I stashed them and decided to buy them finally. Yeah, I stash stuff at my store.
