I really still like mk2.its fun and its violent. the gameplay...sucks though. as long as people admit the shallowness of the first 3 games i can die in peace.

Killer instinct isnt around anymore cus it sucked. Mk has chabged their fighting system thousands of times because it gets old and starts sucking. The street fighter series is still played and loved by millions while introducing fresh new things with its familiar gameplay. Mk on the genesis was awesome and killer instinct was ugly just because i hated those donkey kong country graphics. Fakeass wannabe 3d.

Some people will cave and buy a game theyre unsure about. Those are sales and theyre quite a bit of them. I bet all of us have taken that plunge and bought something we werent sure about for whatever reason and walked away pleasantly surpised or dissapointed. trying things before you buy them...whether the option is there or not, i just cant apply it to whatever i wish. I know games are one of them, but seriously. Its just bullshit.

I steal games. I wont try to sugarcoat it. I download them without paying and maybe finish and enjoy one out of five games i get. Sometimes if i have money i buy them just to have them. If i like something a lot i like having the box and disk. i dont feel bad about it and i dont justify it. Stealing does nothing to my morality. Im a thief. Truth. I buy all my ps3 games because there isnt a way to download them and for some reason i think having a large ps3 collection is cool. Im never going to pirate ps3 games like i never pirated ps2 games. i cant believe how much bullshit is in this thread.

Dead space ignition.

I just finished ignition. Its not too bad. The most agravating puzzle is the race one, which you just have to do until you get lucky, the tower defense one is easy, and i just plain out cheated on the hardware crack puzzles. Fuck those. Now i have a brand spankin hacker suit for next tuesday. Then again, im also getting the advanced unitologist suit since im getting the collectors edition....decisions, decisions....

Haha, i dont really wanna play ignition, but finishing the game will unlock a hacker suit in dead space 2 which looks really awesome and it even gives you some nodes and credits too.

Has anyone read the backstory of killzone? The helghast arent completely evil. The story isnt black and white. I think thats why i dont really pick a side between them and the isa. They both have done their share of assholery. Im going to really miss visari. Such a great character thanks to brian cox. and yeah, rico needs to change or die.

Well i dont bust a nut any time a remake an hd version of an old game comes out. I try not to live in the past, but like i said, i enoy widescreen and fixing of framerate problems. if the mgs collection comes out ill get it for the snake eater framerate fix and to play sol and snake eater in widescreen. I have no idea what theyd do with mgs1. They could just put it in as is or kojima as he is might be crazy enough to remake it using assets from twin snakes and sol. He would be the type to do that, for a full 60 dollar pricetag of course. Id say thatd be worth it. maybe like when chains of memories came out on the ps2.

I also think sotc is going to benefit greatly from a 60fps upgrade, if it gets it.

I only own the god of war collection, but i think its quite a big difference. Personally, i like that theyre at a higher resolution, upscaling looks ugly, i like that theyre widescreen cus i am really annoyed by fullscreen games now, i like that the fps were upped to 60, it looks so much better, and its two great games at a really low price. Trophies are also nice i guess. Its mostly a widescreen and price thing. Thats all i care about in these hd collections. Ps2 ans wii games still look fine to me, i just dont want to play old games with half of my tv not having anything on it. Feels like a waste.

This game is going to blow. Or at the most itll be mediocre. Its also going to sell badly to the point that itll never get a sequel. Most people are just excited that its actually going to finally be released, but i dont think many are going to buy it. The people who remember duke nukem are a little older now and a lot of us dont buy 60 dollar poo. Were the ones who want it and were the ones who cant be pleased. Doing everything with friends is just always better. that product is still always the same. playing rock band with friends is awesome and i love rock band for it, but that joy goes away easily and with no lingering feeling. on the other hand, playing in my room by myself something like metal gear solid or final fantasy 6 will leave an impact on me for years to come. No multplayer game will do that for me. That kind of joy is just fleeting. at least thats how i feel about it. I guess its similar to going out drinking with friends and having a good time or staying home and reading a good book. Drinking is a lot more fun, but thats all it is. Reading a great book by myself will stay with me forever.
