Single player. The greatest games are always single player for a reason. Single player games just allow creators so much freedom. They never have to cater to the wants of more than one person or online or any of that shit that compromises games for a multiplayer experience.

Im into most genres, but anything that is third person gets my immediate attention. I really have never liked fps. I like so of them because theyre too good to ignore, otherwise i avoid it. I just think a first person view limits games too much. Bosses always suck in fps. Always. Stages are like mazes and just....i like seeing my character. Sorry.

I find it funny/pathetic that theyve been showing off ocarina of time on the 3ds like they were showing off mario 64 on the ds. A gamecube game would have been better, but sunshine and windwaker arent really as iconic as the 64 games.

Im excited. I wouldnt even mind if they changed the tone of the game like they did with ffx-2. I love ff as much as anyone, but people put the series on too high of a pedestal. I honestly dont understand why people care so much.

It doesnt work out that way. You buy the game new for 60 bucks, get the code, sell it back to gamestop for 35 bucks tops, then someone else buys it for 55. its not worth it for anyone but gamestop.

Mvc3 is only going to have 36 characters. I expected more. I dont want a thousand like mvc2, but i hope we get a few more. Theb again, i like balance. Also, i think virtua fighter is awesome.

Sony doesnt care if you personally pirate games or whether you even can. Their firmware updates are probably not going to exclude certain cfws. Im sure itll fuck up all cfws no matter what.

Well the good thing about silent protagonists in old jrpgs is that they had a lot of character in the way they were animated. Especially in squaresofts games. Crono doesnt say shit, but hes very likable and charming and its all in the way hes drawn and animated. Wjrpgs and current jrpgs blow when it comes to that.

I honestly hate having a plain character with no voice that i have to make myself. It just never feels like me. If anything i feel more disconnected from the world of the game. I guess since im not a pc gamer im not really used to it. As much as i love the fallout games and dragon age, my character always feels really hollow and emotionless. Thank god dragon age had good companions and thank god that the world of fallout has so much charm.

Unless im into pirating i really dont see a reason to jailbreak it. The ps3 can play pretty much any video or audio file. I also still buy blurays. and most importantly, ive spent a lot of money on psn and have too many trophies to jeopardize my account. I like playing online without fear of getting caught doing shit. Im just not going to do it. its also my main console and im too lazy to wait for people to update and "beat" sony's firmware shit as they keep updating it. I was ok with that with the psp and wii, but i use my ps3 every single day. Fuck that noise. It feels like such an inconvenience.

I havent read anything on portal 2, but i honestly cant see how theyre going to make it a full length game. Portal 1 was short and sweet. I wonder how theyll make portal 2 feel fresh for more than a handful of hours.

Does not compute.... Seriously though, eternal sonata is awful, lost odyssey is one of sakaguchis worst games, blue dragon being the worst. I tried star ocean the last hope and got bored after two or three hours. honestly, ive only enjoyed two jrpgs this generation: ff13 and white knight chronicles. The stories arent great, but theyre fun games. Honestly, birth by sleep is probably the best jrpg around. Its honestly just a good jrpg. Its on psp though.

Im at the end of dragon age, but i wanted to kill flemeth first. I cant. Im even playing it on casual. Thats what i get for making most of my characters use melee weapons.

I dont think spiderman needed the dark and gritty treatment. Thats kind of whats cool about spiderman. I dont wanna judge too soon, but from the screenshot it doesnt look like its going to have the charm and humor of....spiderman. plus, i always liked mcguire as spiderman. I thought he was perfectly cast. this guy lacks nerdiness.

I wouldnt say the vs. Series is one of the best, but it is the funnest fighting game series. Most of the games are totally fucked up and unbalanced nightmares. Playing them competively is a joke. capcom vs. Snk2 is a great game though. Its up there with the other sf games.
