I just tried PS4/Vita Remote Play for the first time. It's way better than PS3/PSP. Or even PS3/Vita. Tomb Raider looked fantastic and played pretty well too. If only it had 2 more shoulder buttons.

You can TRY to play PW. Its by far my least favorite MGS game. Its a grind...the story is pretty good though.

I've had a couple but they've been really inconsistent so it appears to be just from stress.

Strider. Surprisingly, the last boss was piss easy. All the other bosses were mostly annoying. Good game though. And no new game plus, which pretty much guarantees Ill never play it again.

I thought it was pretty good. A lot like HR. The touch controls do suck though. Its the wrong kind of game to have on touch devices. So yeah, maybe with regular controls itll be better.

I think i might trade in some disc games to get their digital versions. HD space doesnt matter on the PS4 since every disc installs entirely. Might as well be able to play that data without a disc.

People and nostalgia are weird. For some reason, id like to think at least 50% of the stuff Im nostalgic about was actually good and the other 50% was crap. Its probably mostly crap though. For every Robocop I used to like as a kid, there's a Power Rangers. And other people do the same thing too. There's some stuff I still cant really accept, like people who liked Digimon. To me, the poor man's Pokemon. Or Yugioh. Just a shit show with awful art. But the fans of those shows probably think the things I like were crap too. Its whatever.

Scarface. Seen this movie countless times, I really do like it. When it's brilliant its brilliant, but when its bad it's the worst. Tony Montana really irritates me in the second half of the movie. The entire movie does. It just nosedives into infinite idiocy. His stupid sister Gina, his dickhead attitude towards Elvira, getting caught by the cops, not killing that guy with the carbomb, he just super fucks up everything. I dont mind rise and fall movies, but this one beats you over the head with it. i dare say Godfather 3 does it better. I do love the first half though. And not only because hes a likable guy who succeeds at everything he tries and pretty much lives the dream, but because it's just a really good fleshed out movie at that point with good characters. Tony is also fucking cool as shit. Charming and likable as all hell. Even funny at times. Michelle Pfeiffer does look fucking fine though. Damn.

I sure did. Even as a kid, I wasnt impressed. It just doesn't look right to me. I also always thought the redesigned DK in the DKC series was trying to be "rad." Like a "cool" 90s character. He failed at that too.

The games I tend to buy day one always seem to go on sale the fastest. Lego Marvel being an example, and recently Tomb Raider. Not to mention almost every game I bought day one on Vita. Even worse, a lot of my games seem to appear on PS+ super fast. Hmm.

Strider is way better than I thought it would be. The production value isnt great(terrible voiceacting, bland samey looking stages, shit textures, mouths dont move when people talk), but the gameplay is fantastic. Its not as Metroidvania as I would like, but it's as close as were going to get since IGA doesnt make Castlevania games anymore. If anyone wants something like that, try the demo. Tough be warned, the gameplay starts out way too simple. it only picks up a couple hours in once you get some of the better upgrades.

This is going to be really weird, but I have an irrational hatred for the Donkey Kong Country series. I just hate the fact people hold them up in such high regards next to the Marios and Sonics. I always thought they had good, but bland and plain gameplay. I thought the SNES games were ugly as sin. I hate that art style. I feel the same about Mortal Kombat and Super Mario RPG. Which I believe have a similar style. I'm not sure how people were so impressed with such shit half assed wannabe CGI. Fuck Donkey Kong and his friends/family.

Remember Me. People werent kidding about the gameplay. The combat and the platforming reminds me of a retarded AssCreed. Which i didnt think was possible. I guess its a true testament to despite how simplistic AC is, it still feels good to play that game. Its pretty disappointing considering everything else about the game is top notch. Had they made the combat and platforming as good as AssCreed or even the Arkham games, it would have sold pretty well I think.

Since it doesn't have multiplayer or online of any kind, I just have to assume it's got something up it's sleeve. It has to do something else differently, These kind of games are kind of tailored for multiplayer. I feel that if the game isnt as varied or polished as RE4 or Uncharted 2 or 3(for my money the best TPS ever made), its going to get chewed up and spit out.

I really hope people stop talking about the power difference eventually. Its going to get tiring for everyone, not just Xbox One owners. Plus, I really dont think people who bought Xbox One care about this sort of thing. I think everyone else cares.

I usually dont care about trophies unless I end up getting most of them by default. Then I feel like I should get the few I missed. Or if I liked a game enough to replay it, I look at the trophy list and try to knock some out to spice up the game a bit. Switch it up a bit.

I'm the same Strangelove...but sadly only a handful of games made me feel that way "last" gen.

Yeah, Revelations works on a portable, but on a console/pc it feels really shallow. Its just missing a lot of features the previous games had. Its nice that you can move and shoot, but the enemies are lame. Theres no enemy variety and they dont have any weakpoints anymore aside from headshots. The dodge move is also really finicky. The story mode is really boring too, switching characters every chapter gets old. It feels really plain. You only need to play the first few hours to realize youve pretty much experienced everything the game offers. That being said, I had a lot of fun with raid mode on the 3DS. It works in short bursts, basically what handhelds excel at.

All Hail The King. By far the best Marvel short and the best use of 14 minutes. Its so damn good. Its funny as hell and ties almost all the Iron Man movies together perfectly.
