If I am one of your sisters, there's a lot I don't know about myself, what with me thinking I've been a male this entire time.

I love all of the PS1 FF intros, but I think Xenogears has to have the best videogame intro ever. I was so confused and absolutely sucked in the moment the first line dropped. I heart that game so much.

That's probably true. Just a matter of seeing the smaller sample size in front of me all the time obscures my ability to see the deviations from that otherwise. But there are a lot of tall people here. It's kind of ridiculous.

I wonder what the average is for places like MN or WI, because I'm 6'1" and I feel short a lot of the time. Almost all of my friends are as tall if not taller than me.

Mineral somehow came up on my Pandora station. It made me happy/nostalgic. Sometimes I realize I'm still suck in the mid- to late-90's.

Dracula in the original Castlevania is ridiculous. Hooray random spawning! I've got a semblance of a strategy, but it's not perfect...because it can't be. I really like boss battles in RPGs, especially the crazy extra bosses. I beat both WEAPONs in FFVII, even though it took me forever. There's something about a well-created boss battle that supersedes any amount of grinding that you've done up to that point that just makes me happy.

But, see, now I have an unhealthy obsession with candy. You know, because correlation always equals causation. Seriously, I really want some candy right about now.

Well, nothing is quite as dangerous to childhood as the Care Bears. And He-Man. And Halloween in general. And ummm...well, everything else? I'm not sure how I turned out okay.

Oh student loans. I don't even think about them anymore. It's just been part of my billing life for the last 6 years. I can't wait for that to be done. That will be so much extra money it's absurd. And I don't want to think about my credit card. I took two big trips this year and they murdered it. Totally worth it, but it'll be tricky to get back to financial stability, especially with my insatiable desire to go to bars. Ah, responsibility, how I loathe you. Edit: I should say that I finally feel like my life is coming together, despite everything in 2010. 2011 is already looking positive for me, and I'm really excited to see what my life can be going forward. 2010 was just generally awful until a little over a month ago and there's something psychologically wonderful about starting a new year. I'm actually pretty excited about the entire prospect.

Agreed. In 2010, I managed to rack up a measurable credit card bill, get divorced, gain some weight, accomplish very few things outside of work, and not a ton at work either. 2011 will hopefully be a bit brighter. I mean, it is an odd year. Oh, and my Internet time has gone from like an hour or so after work to about 6, at least. This is not good.

Holy awesome! That was definitely the other game I played on my uncle's mac. It took me forever to get anywhere, and I'm pretty sure I never beat it. Edit! I found images for Crystal Quest (apparently not just Quest), and The Dungeon Revealed (apparently not just Dungeon). Crystal Quest: The Dungeon Revealed: Both those games were so fantastic.

Probs the best shows I've ever been to was Blonde Redhead a few years ago, Dillinger Escape Plan a few years before, and Zao in 1999. Recently I've just been going to local shows at bars/small venues. It's the way I like my live music these days.
