First couple minutes seem like standard Olympic fare, with plenty of grand strings, etc. The rest seems like good ol' bland Muse at it again. Their conspiracy dystopian lyric schtick got old after Knights of Cydonia to me. Still would sort of love to see them live, though. Knights of Cydonia, Time is Running Out, and Hysteria used to be some of my favorite songs.

What's wrong with the fourth one? The games have been subtly hinting that's what's supposed to go down anyway and it seems logical Bioware would toss in an ending that continues the Reaper cycle. For completion's sake.

I wouldn't be surprised if it did. What they showed at MLG looked pretty refined, and I believe they've said in the past the SP is at 99% completion or something. Would make sense if they delayed release after this whole Diablo 3 fiasco, but that and some MP balancing seems to be the only things holding it back right now.

That is pretty weird. Even stranger, your first few screenshots look like you spawned in the debug forest rather than on the coast like usual. Could the invisibility be because of some update you missed or do you just think it's a bum server? Could always post it to r/dayz too, see if they have any ideas as to what the cause may be.

LBP2 is also free on PS+ this month, so any word on some possible events? I'm always down, although I haven't played loads.

You and I rarely agree, Battra, but I'm with you 100% on Maher. Not sure if you've ever seen Religilous, but it's complete trash. It's Bill Maher going around basically being a dick to everyone and everybody for an hour and a half and then a 30 minute rant at the end where he talks about how religion is the root of all evil. I'm not religious myself, but it's the type of movie I cringe watching. It's a shame that he has to poke his nose in everythig too, because I think Maher is a pretty funny guy when he's not talking about religion or political issues.

Tested's app/game roundup raved about Oscura, a 2D platformer that looks to be along the likes of Limbo. I'm not a big platformer fan, but I was considering trying it because it's only 2 bucks and seems to control well.

As Malicious and Dean have said, ARMA 2 if you have even a passing interest in simulators. It's got quite a learning curve, but I'm sure myself or MaliciousH would be happy to help you learn the controls and systems. Other than that, Starcraft 2 is a must (skip SC1 unless you want to play the campaign), Diablo 3 is great (although many will disagree), and Dawn of War/Company of Heroes/Men of War should scratch any RTS itch. Other than that, I'd advise playing any sort of game that plays better on PC. IMO, Skyrim plays okay on consoles, as does The Witcher 2 (although I think you said you already played it), but any sort of FPS or RTS plays far, far better with a mouse and keyboard. Same goes for sims and god-games. So I'd look into anything in those genres, really.

It's a pretty good keyboard for the price. I certainly don't regret buying mine, and it appears everyone else hasn't as well.

It's pretty temporary having that second monitor off on top of a drum, and the audio between the PC and PS3 is a complete and utter mess, but this is my setup. The pictures also cuts out the very small collection of hard copy games I've got on a shelf above the desk, but whatever.

Seemed logical seeing as I have a 320GB HD and some spare cash. 1 year subscription.

I can start it up. I've been working 9-3ish every day and haven't had a ton of time for games. So if it does start, we've got me, Shaner, Dean, Dex, FLD, Johnny, and... nobody. 5 is a bit of a strange number, so if we could get one more person I say go for it. Also, we'll need to think about matchups/gamemodes/servers. I'd say put us all on one of the servers as I'm not sure how that works, but either Texas or UK would work, as it looks like 3 of us are North America and 3 are European.
