Really? Because from what I've been hearing halfway full won't get you the best ending, sort of like how everyone wouldn't survive in ME2 if one of you didn't have a loyal specialist for the suicide mission.

@madbassman I'm sitting at about 1000 hours in total, which is surprisingly little. I honestly thought it would be more than that, but it hasn't added BF3 or Starcraft to the list yet.

@Madbass: It tracks time on consoles after you install Raptr. Steam is only one it yanks time from.
As for ranking. Seems 4hrs n up tends to = dedicated. Kinda iffy to see most folks don't put enough time in to complete the game.

That's actually a valid point. Most of the Americans I played in those games died... Either way, budgeting your advertisements to Americans, whether that be showing attacks on America or fighting for American Independence, America (or in the case of ME3, earth) sells, and that's sort of what I was getting at. Game is looking pretty great, though. Not interested in a preorder at this point, but this might be the first AC game I buy on launch.

It really is a common stance, though. I mean, look at Mass Effect. They went from advertising gallivanting around space for ME1 and 2 to this whole new "save earth" stance with 3. Perhaps that's just a pet peeve of mine and the most recent offender is ME3, but it's been shown and advertised in plenty of other games as well. Earth sells, America sells. Just look at Modern Warfare 3. Don't mean to derail the thread, though.

Finished the DLC for the base game a few days ago. Definitely a good wrapup to the entire thing, closing up and clarifying some things I wasn't so sure about in the main game.

I hear the Antec is even worse off in terms of cable management, but yeah, I know what you mean. If you're looking for nicer looking ones Corsair has a nice range of cases, but they're really expensive and probably out of your price range. I just went with the HAF 912 because it was the least ugly of the ugly. At least it doesn't have obnoxious LED lighting.

That can run anything fairly well. Looks completely good from here. I'd change the case myself, as Rosewill doesn't have the best cable management. I'm partial to the Cooler Master HAF 912 (about the same price), but it doesn't have as many fans as the one you linked. Either way, looks like a solid build.

But Mass Effect 3 is the most accessible in the series and great for those just getting into the Mass Effect universe, remember? Ugh.

Well this is a pleasant surprise. I used to play loads of Sim City as a kid so this is right up my alley. As far as the Origin thing goes, I'm on pretty much the same page as most here. It doesn't mean I'll never get it, but I have a feeling I'd certianly be less likely to buy it on impulse during a sale.

i would be all over this if I had an Xbox or PS3. Sadly, no PC. Which sucks. I fucking loved both Tricky, 3, and On Tour. How's it compare to those 3?

I just think it shows the devolution from Kotaku from gaming news into something more along the lines of "dude has sex on Sonic blanket" news. But maybe Kotaku has been like this for a while now, I dunno.
