I think my biggest fault with The World's End is that they changed the dynamic they had established for two movies of Simon Pegg being the serious one and Frost being the lovable goof. Also throughout the majority of the movie he's insufferable. I still enjoyed it but I'd rather watch Hot Fuzz or Shaun of the Dead if given the option to rewatch.

I'm considering posting pics. But no joke almost all the pics I have from this vacation are with a bunch of cousins, or with family members, or I'm drunk off my mind in the new year's eve party. I'm considering posting the latter for the sake of not posting pics of too many family members.

Left 4 Dead 2 used to not interest me. Then I made Coach look like Duke Nukem alongside Duke Nukem lines, and whenever the big mofo appears the Attack on Titan song starts playing. Now it's the best game ever.

Hobbit 2: Desolation of Smaug I must be one of the less cynical folks around. I don't see these movies as bastardization of anything. I'm loving every minute.

So I started/finished Gone Home. It was interesting. Not worth more than the steam sale price. Oscar/Terry sidestory fucking scarred me for life.

Motherfucking Ys. The boss battles in the Vita are relatively hard but forgiving. So far in the one I'm playing the boss fights are more unforgiving than Dark Souls in terms of how much damage you deal to the boss vs what they do to you. And no potions or pausing.

Also if you die to a boss and then continue you have to dodge immediately or it gets a free shot in. That's still a thing in Ys, right?

In the Vita version? I couldn't tell you. I never died in a boss battle. At least not all three of my party members, and I usually had enough revive potions to bring one back. But I just figured out what was the issue. Apparently there was a sword upgrade you had to find. It went from me repeating the boss battle for 27 times, to defeating him on the second try with the new weapon. FML.

Hahahaha, oh man, that sounds pretty much like my experience with Ys I. Fun game but so damn cryptic at times. Which one are you playing? Oath in Felghana?

I'm assuming Sony will eventually add the option to upload gameplay straight to Youtube. You know since Youtube is currently so user-friendly with copyrighted material.
