Peña Nieto and his team: *Steals $400 million during their 6 years in power* MORENA: "Hold my Cuarta transformacion..." *steals $2.5 billion in 2 years* AMLO: "I'm the first president that isn't corrupt, no, those weren't bribes, those were voluntary donations from our supporters, no you can't know where that money went to and where it came from, it's uh.... a matter of national security, but yeah, I'm not corrupt, I'm honest, those who say otherwise are enemies of the nation, servants of neoliberal conspirators, I'm clean and perfect and free from fault, thank you."

Those look pretty cute, nun looks cool. \m/ \m/ I've been learning a lot about certain tools in Krita, particularly, all the colouring I did was using the colorize mask, which simplifies things A TON, though the shading still has to be done by hand (AFAIK, might be a tool for that too), still, that's a huge chunk of time saved, and it looks pretty good if I do say so myself... And I do say so myself. Originally, the plan was to finish before February, yeah, that was optimistic of me.

Almost there (kinda)...

Games You've Beat 2021 - PXoD's Excellent Adventure

I remember reading that The Order had some really annoying stealth sequences with insta-fail and poor checkpoints, and that convinced me to never touch it, what did you think of those? Where any segments particularly bad or nothing that bad? -

For those that have finished 7:

Resident Evil 7 Man this is a game, been playing in 15 minute chunks then taking a break to do other stuff.
-
I've been playing for a bit, but man, between how Outlast-ish the start is (I'm told it picks up later on) and how long Ethan takes to do certain things, I'm going to die before I make any progress.

Played the PS5 demo, which is called visual demo, which makes sense, because it's mostly just about how the game will look, rather than an actual demo for Village, the first person perspective is something I'm not used to for these games, and the way your character sometimes interacts with stuff as soon as you get close to it scared the hell out of me. Still, after watching the gameplay trailer, it looks pretty cool, looking forward to it, specially if it ends up being the RE4 of this new generation of RE games.

Update (though still decidedly WIP)

HELL YEAH!! Chalice dungeons can rot in hell, specially the cursed defiled bullshit, everything else about this game is fucking awesome! \m/ \m/
-
I'm on the last one now, and boy, there's challenging, there's hard, there's frustrating, cheap, bullshit, and THEN there's whatever this one is pulling, this is going to be a thing, specially because all my weapons are close range melee.
-
Is it worse than the defiled dungeon? That 50% decrease in hp is brutal.
-
Bloodborne I was sure I'd get the Platinum with the last ending missing, turns out, I had completely forgotten about So now I'm back to running chalice dungeons, much as I hate those. On the bright side, beast mode + pizza cutter = RIP AND TEAR. Bosses just melt even on NG+. Genshin Impact Got Ganyu! Been levelling up my team, traveller can now reach 60, though that's going to take a while, been completing some other quests too, current event might be a bit too much for my current party though.

LMAO, As expected, soon as he was sent back to Mexico we all knew how it would end, he's been set free, with no charges, and now the president is accusing the DEA of falsifying evidence. Also apparently Pompeo and other dudes aren't too happy about the sudden changes to energy investments, which have affected both private and government investments in Mexico, so that's also going to be a thing, maybe, depends on how seriously Bidden and his team want to take this stuff.

That guy is a good way to practice interrupts, though you'll likely die a bunch.

Bloodborne: The Old Hunters This was an awesome DLC, expanding upon the cosmic horror elements and making use of some tropes and locations from other stories, all with the Bloodborne touch. All but one of the bosses really ramped up the creepiness, and the one that isn't that creepy, is still quite the fight. The new OST pieces are amazing, and the weapons are pretty cool, though I was only able to use a couple due to my build being a pure strength one. -
WIP That I actually intend to finish this time Already done some more work on it since then, but going slow, meant to be a Summer Artoria drawing, but when I noticed how similar they are, decided to turn it into a Cerea one.

Bright Memory Kinda feel bad for putting this here, it's essentially a demo, that you pay for, takes less than an hour, unless you're aiming to do and collect everything. Specially now that the episodic plan has been scrapped and they're working on a full release some other time, might be better to wait and see how that turns out. That being said, it's fun, like DOOM ETERNAL, it's all about using your guns and movement, alongside some neat skills, to just destroy everything that's in front of you. The blade attack is a skill that has a cooldown but it does some decent damage and the attacks send waves of energy so you can use it from a distance, weapons are limited, you only get 3, your main, secondary and side arm, can't change them, can't pick new ones, can't upgrade them, nothing. But they get the job done. Movement feels pretty good, dodging attacks, using the EMP (which is more of a stun, specially with the time freeze skill), slicing up enemies, then changing guns to finish anything that's still alive, all that's pretty cool, though it does lack the finesse of ETERNAL. The skills you unlock are neat, mostly AOE things, but there are some movement and passive upgrades as well. Looks pretty good, though I had to turn down a bunch of things, and even then my PC struggled in some parts, more modern systems shouldn't have an issue though. The story is... Not there(?) Stuff happens, people show up, people die, you start fighting soldiers in weird Death Stranding-esque armour, next thing you know, other stuff happens and now you're fighting a demonic knight, and uh... Yeah, there's some treasure or something, what little is there seems like little more than a reason to move from one area to another and eliminate everything that moves, except it lacks the basic coherency of other similar titles. Loading screen tips give some more information, but again, hard to connect anything or figure out what's what when everything else is just... there. There are some skins you can unlock, and as you'd expect based on the main character design, they lean more towards the sexy than the badass, would love to see a DOOM collab skin though, that'd be pretty cool. \m/ \m/ Overall, fun, with some minor details here and there, won't fill the ETERNAL hole in your heart though, not even close, wouldn't recommend buying it unless it's on sale and you're really curious about it, we don't know how their full release will turn out, and though I could recommend it if it ends up being more of this but with more polish and stuff, the uncertainty of how things will turn out makes me unlikely to say "go and buy it". Although, if you buy this version you're supposed to get the full release for free, so there's that. -
