Games you like that everyone else seems to hate
Little Pirate replied to Mister Jack's topic in General Gaming Chat
You know, from a non-gamer standpoint seeing this, I would have assumed he was either 'special' and excited to wear a costume or just some random kid running around. That father has ISSUES, man. Oh yeah, you threatened a guy waving to you in front of you kids. You're SOOOOO hardcore. Lay off the crack, douche. It's bad for you and your kids. -
Had a pretty fun dream last night involving some of you! (A sign I probably should cut back on the forum?) It was a real-life Team Fortress 2. We were all switched between Red and Blue and trying to find and push those train-carts. I think Tali started out on my team as an engineer, but I think she was a spy because she was suddenly helping red team switch their carts. I must've switched teams at some point, myself. Kanji was a demoman. Dean was an engineer. (Tali and Dean pretty much looked like their avatars, same with Kanji. Odd seeing an onion man in demoman gear.) I was a medic. I took out a sniper and a scout with my syringes. We had Magic hats. Then suddenly my TF2 dream was over and I was riding my bike through a forest being chased by homeless people.

I had blue tailed skinks as pets before. I'd rather have lizards than rabbits outside in my yard.

I'll copy and paste them from a dream-log I kept. Probably the dream I remember the most. I had this dream two years ago and I still remember it today. I called it my 'Three-Room-Dream' Basically, I had three rooms I traveled through. Room 1 The first room kind of looked like I was inside an either abandoned house or one under construction. It was during the night, I could tell because the only window was pitch black outside. I was standing in a doorway, but there was no door there. Just the paneling. The walls were painted a baby blue, but the color had faded into an ugly blue-gray and the paint was chipping off. The only furniture was a table and a few chairs that'd been knocked over. The table was covered in a clear plastic tarp and had odd stains on them. Under the table was something that looked like it had been wrapped in plastic so much that it was hard to tell what it was--but it was leaking an odd red-brown liquid. Kind of like blood, but old? I move on through the next door-panel. Room 2 After I pass through the open panel, I'm suddenly in my grandparent's kitchen. It's really long and finally ends with a dining room. So it's like looking down a hallway. It was dimly lit, and outside it was pitch black again. I can vaguely see a figure peering in. In the dining room, my family was gathered around--in front of them it was my grandpa. He was standing on a chair holding a noose. He was rambling and I pretty much saw where it was going so I rushed past the next open doorway I saw. Room 3 This room was the freakiest. I was in the living room of a cabin of some sort. Outside is another long window, but it's lit. Looked like the cabin was beside a deserted highway, and there was nothing but gray clouds in the sky. There was also what looked like meat racks outside. More plastic-wrapped things hanging off hooks, then some actual kind of meat. There was one slab that looked like it was a very, very bloated looking bulldog with dark red skin. It was quite obviously dead. In the room itself was more of these dogs. None of them had eyes, just sunken holes where eyes might've been at some point. Some had flopping tongues hanging out of their mouths... others had badly-stitched stubs for legs, or just outright sharp bones poking from their arms and legs. They were all bloated and cancerous-looking. All of them flopping, rolling, and dragging on the floor. In the middle of the room is someone in a rocking chair with their back to me. They had on a little tan hat and were playing a harmonica. 'Amazing Grace' of all things. One of the dogs started to speed-drag towards me so I forced myself to wake up. ... So yeah. Someone's getting therapy~♪

This is what I found crawling on me during my bath. He paid the price.

I got used to it pretty quick--it was really nice having peripheral vision again. I have to go back to my glasses soon. Contacts are too expensive...

I'm a lucid dreamer--and my dreams can be like a messed up acid trip at time. Extremely vivid and visual. If I dreamt I was being chased by a lunatic, I could make myself fly away or give myself super powers and zap the bastard. Recently some weird dreams I've been having are just me in this strange town's market district. Only there are few people left, and giant monsters are roaming the streets. I was stuck in an office and this LARGE, bulbous bug-looking thingy was walking through. It had long tentacles with scary mouths at the end and held itself up on six legs. It didn't have any eyes or face, just a lot of mouth-tentacles. I was hiding under a desk and it didn't see me.

I used to play DBZ fighting games like crazy. I just love fighting games of any kind. I also love the King's Quest series. -
I guess I feel a little better. I totally lived up the dork in my middle school, though. On picture day, I had big glasses, braces, and a Shark Week shirt. I wish I could find that picture but I don't think it ever got uploaded.

Advice: NEVER get your nipples pierced. I knew a gal who did once... got herself in a cat fight. ...Her boobies aren't that pretty anymore.

I'm on my last pair of contacts.

I don't mind spiders, but I had earwigs at some point and they landed in my bath. I thought I felt something crawling up my back and lo and behold. I flipped out and first thing I did was spray the bugger face-on with Raid. Earwigs and any kind of blood-suckers should stay out of my home. I am a vengeful person on intruders.

I think the spider's in my house are big enough to have their own health bar.

I've had a design for an Alice tattoo, myself. Pretty similar to what you had. I have a thing for dragons, so I designed one on my leg--actually it's based off my dad's D&D monster manual. I liked that monster out of his book since I was a kid, so it was my first tattoo. This is an old pic taken on a phone I no longer have--pardon the pixel-ness and small-ness. I also have the Kanji for 'Dream' on my neck. Since I'm a lucid dreamer. I feel tattoos should have meaning. Otherwise it's just graffiti.

I get a little self-conscious about them sometimes, so thank you~♪

I tried to find a clip from South Park where they show depressed celebrities who weren't able to get their awesome private jet/shark tank bar/mansion because too many people downloaded their songs and they instead had to wait another month before they could afford it to make a joke here but I couldn't find it.

That's kind of a rough decision to vote on. As far as America goes, since we rely so much on these resources I can see it being a pretty big issue. I'm not so sure what alternative resources will do just based on the fact so much of our technology relies on gas and oil. We probably won't completely collapse if we have to use alternative resources, but I can see it causing a major, major economic depression. Worse than what we're already in. I guess so much of it depends on what decisions are made and how many resources we really do have to rely on here.

I think I'm having too much fun with this.

Love/hate/neutral about the Elder Scrolls? Post things here. I'm gonna try and keep this Oblivion-specific, but I don't mind if you wanna discuss Morrowind and the other series, too. Me, I started with a wood elf agent. I became so high in acrobatics, speed, marksmanship and sneak... I could just up onto some high ledge, stand still and be invisible and snipe something from miles away in one hit. My character eventually became the guild master of the Thieves guild.

Oblivion drives me insane--I've spent HOURS exploring. And when I finally get to questing they tell me to go find something far far away hidden deep guarded by some spirit. 'Oh--you mean you already have it? Well... you ARE a wonder.' 'Sweet. '
