  1. Amazon Video Games put up a poll to see which console is the people's choice. Not many people have voted, but I mention this because I think the difference between the two numbers speaks for itself. PS4: 5178 votes Xbone: 538 votes
  2. I guess Smash Bros does need more female characters, but I dunno about her: http://www.smashbros.com/us/characters/wii_fit_trainer.html

she seems fit for the job

Does it need them or do people want them? ;) Nonetheless, what a lame choice.

      TheFlyingGerbil

Which female characters would you like to see?

  3. Including the camera for motion games, or as a control option in games, would bump up the cost of the SKU. It probably would have made it $450, so if it's optional, don't include it. HDMI cables are cheap, and I highly doubt the included headset will be beyond average quality, but it's there to foster the socialization aspect adopted for the PS4.
  4. Well, again, there's barely any incentive for Xbone consumers to go to a retail store to buy their games. The only perk is the faster install time of a disc over standard Internet speeds. Unless retailers sell discs for less, there isn't anything else because those discs are for installation purposes rather than a PS4 disc which is your actual game that can be handed off to a friend, traded in, or sold online. I'm sure GameStop will have Xbone games, but I wouldn't be surprised if they're tucked away in the corner of the store where old handheld games usually find themselves. If they're not going to become part of your store income, why promptly display them?
  5. It's a coping mechanism for the fallen, when they have little to hold onto. It's like they've stood by their king forever, but now that they've turned around to face him on his throne, he's actually sitting on a chamber pot wiping his ass with the end of their cloak.
  6. Wii U, PC, and PS4. My setup for 2014, no questions.

PC (upgraded), PS3, 360 for me. And Vita, but I hardly use it.

And DS, but I use that even less than Vita.

  7. OH SNAP! PlayStation bringing out the A game. "I guess that's a good thing." EDIT: Yes! PS+ carries over! Considering mine expires Feb 2014, I've got a few months left on PS4.
  8. So this is the back, where I'm hoping this means we're going to have decent air flow. And Versus XIII became XV because Versus was suppose to coincide with FF XIII storyline as some kind of alternative reality. Considering that's essentially overdue, NEW FINAL FANTASY NUMBER!
  9. BKKODSKKDFNDJFSIEJFIWEJFWEJ EIO;F JWIO;A KINGDOM HEARTS 3!!!!
  10. Eh, I like the USB ports in the front and it looks like there is some blue lighting along the dividing lines. And I thought they were fighting lycans in The Order, though really it could be anything since we didn't see whatever they were fighting. I love that Second Son is located in the Pacific Northwest. Now that Dark Sorcerer... A teaser of... something... tomorrow.
  11. http://www.ign.com/articles/2013/06/11/e3-2013-playstation-4-design-revealed I dunno... they're both black, and there's a bit of a gloss finish.
  12. Man, it's a slick and slim design, especially with all the mockups people were coming up with.
  13. GT is saying they're still seating people at the conference. Everyone is wanting in on this action that it's causing a delay? EDIT: In "one minute, one, minute..."
  14. ........... Are we just not believing hard enough?
  15. Ubisoft is going a little longer than I expected, and one of the rumors said we'd see something Prince of Persia. If it's a sequel to '08, I'll flip out in excitement. ...Oh, it just ended. Sony, please?
  16. Did we really need to know about the mic... and then a joke... and then another joke to recover... but another joke needed to recover from the recovery.
  17. This reminds me... I still haven't gotten into my copy of Rocksmith. EDIT: #girlwood? Is that anything like ladyboners?
  18. Rumor goin' round that the PS4 will have three different SKUs, one at $399 and the highest being $599. I'd only pay $599 if that means I'm getting a Vita with it.

Yeah, Move was a solid controller. It just didn't have anything worthwhile to play with it. :/ I keep forgetting I actually own it.

Hasn't Move ended up on par with Kinect sales (or close enough), they just had long tail instead of bursts at Xmas (helps they had a lot more core titles with Move support)

And yeah, Move will work with PS4, it's a slightly better camera though.

  21. http://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/1fy3ej/a_quick_way_to_cancel_your_xbox_subscription_for/ Now if you look at the top comment, there's a work-around where you have to change your address to Illinois (or Oregon) and you'll get the Cancel option no problem.
  22. Never played Plants vs Zombies, though Garden Warfare looks "neat." The jokes on the other hand were awful.

  24. I know I just cut out a lot of your quote, but I already said what I think about this. "Most likely when you download games from Xbox Live, there won't be a need to have any copy in the Cloud because there will be a record/transaction showing proof of purchase. Thus, just how it works now with PSN and Live, you would just redownload from the service rather than Cloud." I'm willing to admit I'm wrong, but damn it we're talking about a $500 console with asinine licensing restrictions and a perceived idea that all of it's consumers will have accessible Internet services each and every day for their console to work. A one-time upload of a dozen gigabytes for disc-users might as well be thrown in there, but it's not like I'm defending it. My fault is I'm being literal because "in the cloud," according to everyone else, isn't "in the cloud" and is code for Xbox Live. Microsoft has also gone crazy with the idea of "Cloud computing," so I guess we'll have to wait until launch to see what's really "cloud" anything if it's all going to be muddled together as a buzzword.
  25. Not to be rude, but yeah no shit. Dropbox is an example of "cloud" technology, so is Amazon Cloud Player, and so is my PS+ Cloud storage too. Thing is, usually services that offer "Cloud" storage also charge a fee based on capacity, though there tends to be a free storage capacity too. So yes, there isn't a HDD specifically for me or anyone else, but I'm very doubtfully Microsoft is going to give every Xbox One unlimited storage. And if it's going to be just like Xbox Live, why bother saying "in the cloud?" PSN and Live are not cloud services, where a file is uploaded and can be downloaded to different devices. Now, don't just take my side on this, because maybe I'm completely wrong, but wouldn't you say buying a disc just so I can have a "little tick" in a "little box" to download a game is just as mental when you could just stay at home and buy the game for the ticked box? The Xbone is a mental device, and I think everyone has been discussing that online for the last few weeks. Whichever method does come out on top, it's still ridiculous and serves little purpose to influence anyone to use retail.
