  1. Dude... the last one did a much better job. That one looks like a spider had diarrhea after having some Thai and Taco Bell.
  2. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes might be the first LEGO game I get since LEGO Racer on the N64.

Does it feel like a Batman game or is it more of a Lego game that just happens to be Batman-themed?

Like, if I don't give a shit about Legos but would like to play a good Batman game. Would you still recommend it? I've been curious about it for a while but I've been hesitant to get it because of this.

Hmm, well, it has a 'storyline' and makes use of all the villains and things, but it's not remotely deep gameplay or anything like that. You smash and fight through levels, solve 'puzzles' and look for secrets, along with some vehicle stuff thrown in, too. The first one even has you play as the villains for half of it. If you're a fan of Batman, you might enjoy how they make use of the lore. Brainless fun, really.

Alright, thanks. Think I might give it a shot if I come across a good enough deal.

  4. Yeah, that's why I think it goes like...
  5. But anyway, the world as a whole still isn't significantly connected to the Internet. It's suppose to be the World Wide Web, but about a third of the world even has access to an Internet service. http://www.internetworldstats.com/stats.htm Where I work even, in a job where I send design proofs online, I would say I get 1 out of 20 customers who either don't use email or don't have Internet access. Mind you this is a city surrounded by rural towns, and you can't always expect people to have good access in remote regions. Also doesn't mean that the service they do eventually get is reliable. But hey, if you're not in the Top 10 metropolitan regions of your country, deal with it?
  6. 1999 Mode isn't too tough yet, but I guess it helps having already played the game knowing what weapons and vigors to focus on. I have noticed some differences during my second time, like Booker said "Tails" rather than "Heads" at the coin flip. Now for a few snapshots (for now). I'll put in spoiler tags just for anyone who still hasn't played. Oh, and the previous "choices" diagram forgot a certain choice we could make, though it's completely optional.
  7. For anyone who hasn't been subscribed to LittleKuriboh and/or ever wondered what Yu-Gi-Oh would sound like in Ebonics.
  8. Honestly, I'm super picky when it comes to premium/collector's editions, and the Premium Edition for Infinite was just right. I would say the only thing I didn't really care for was the Handyman game piece for the board game coming up. It's super tiny and it's only worth something if you plan on getting that other game. Otherwise, you get a nice artbook collection (though not the entire artbook from Dark Horse), digital soundtrack, PS3 dynamic theme, Murder of Crows key chain (which I use), neat lithograph of the Devil's Kiss poster, and the Upgrade Pack helps out at the beginning of the game.
  9. As I was contemplating whether to get this 64GB flash drive for $30, it dawned on me that I still have my first flash drive from 12 years ago. It's 256MB, and I remember that one costing $20.

It was on sale this week. Normally the 64GB is $70, but the store didn't carry so I went online.

£25 for 64MB back in my GCSE years. Sure beat floppy disks. My step-mum still uses it. Got 16gb for like £8 atm. Sometimes could be bigger but hits a sweet spot most times.

      Mr. GOH!

I have a 128 mb stick I paid $30 for in 2001. I also still have a Zip Drive and a few 250 mb Zip disks from 1999.

  10. Oh wow, I didn't realize it was going to be celebrities playing as themselves. I wasn't really interested at first, because it seemed like one of those "comedy disaster" films. Now I want a bite of that Milky Way!
  11. You could see it as...
  12. Oh, and today I did the last Vox Cipher mission too. I literally went full circle to find out that the tailor store was to the left when you exit the Bank of the Prophet. Yes, a merchant store that isn't part of the Merchant District.
  13. Speaking of, I tried to complete the first optional mission (the key), but I couldn't figure out where to use it. The description said it was for a house, but what I learned today was that it goes to a chest. I knew it was an Infusion, and not just an Infusion, but the Infusion I missed in the game.
  14. Two Best Buy reward certificates: 1. April 1st only $10 reward certificate. 2. I bought something cheap during the 500 points promotion that was weeks ago, and the points finally transacted, so another $10. It was either get something for $20 off today, or get something for $10 off later.
  15. Oh yeah, I know the spot. There was the one in Shantytown where you can see an Infusion, but if you step up to the guy you'll be "thieving." It makes sense for that item, but if you go to collect the lockpick to the left of him at the enclosed area, most of the time the guy reacts because you'll have crossed the line. The first time I did it I got the lockpick, but I pushed my luck with the Infusion. I said screw it I'll just get the lockpick. Restarted probably eight times and I passed on it. Of course, later on you can get both items no problem. Speaking of, I always had tons of lockpicks on me. The only time I didn't have enough was at the beginning, and that was only for safes. Even though there is room for three digits, the game stopped me at 30 lockpicks. That, or it glitched and I couldn't pick up one lockpick. There were usually around two lockpicks near locks, and if you were the scavenger type, lockpicks were at tons of other places too.
  16. Well, the other thing about the Siren is... I'll hit him next time W&S.There have been moments where I used Possession on a vending machine and people freak out.
  17. Nope, and also...
  18. Luigi is my favorite, I loved Luigi's Mansion, and I got it for 50% off. THERE!
  19. But c'mon, Pabu! You know what we're talkin' 'bout! We're talkin' 'bout REAL love.
  20. I'm playing 1999, but like I said before, I'll probably drop it at the Siren. Then again, given what Vigors and weapons I favored the first time, I could use my money more effectively this time around when upgrading. Hopefully I would get the amazing Gear I did before, because that's the only variable I would be concerned about. Oh, and about the few choices we could make: EDIT: And W&S nailed it about the Lins.
  21. Whoa, bro, don't you know, you need to put some spoiler tags there!
  22. DAE LIEK MAKORRA? No, but really, of the two brothers I would have Mako as Korra's boyfriend. If you want my analysis of Mako, I think it's a few pages back. Bolin is cool and all, but I'm glad him and Korra stayed as close, solid friends. Just because you get along swimmingly with someone doesn't mean they're your significant other. Besides, Bolin has to get his head in order about love because even after things didn't work with Korra, as a character he still has the mannerism of a love sick puppy. I swear, if we see Bolin trying to hit it up with Asami in Book 2, Pabu has to step in and be his life coach or something.
  23. I wanted to like Murder of Crows, but it seemed to be like a homing stun attack. It is one of those combination Vigors though, but with how much Salt combining with Murder of Crows can take, I didn't bother often. Shock Jockey became more useful when you get the option to chain the effect. It made some of the final levels far more pleasant. Then, with Charge, if you had Gear affecting Melee, it amounted to a fast and more powerful Melee attack with those added bonuses. Return to Sender is my absolute favorite because all the upgrades are amazing. You use less Salt and the final upgrade is that you can collect ammo from enemies.
  24. Actually, back then, all I can remember is all the hate for Mako in the fandom. Either I was reading how Asami and Mako should stay together, or how Asami and Bolin should hook up. It was like you couldn't speak about Mako without someone wanting to cut his nuts off with a rusty dagger.
  25. Before getting to the zeppelin I used Undertow because it made getting rid of those aircraft enemies easier. Land, Undertow off aircraft, back to Elizabeth. When it came to Siren
