  1. Content-based is bad, viewpoint based is almost never okay (I can't think of a situation where it's okay but I don't like to talk in absolutes). So there are situations where the government might say "we're not going to allow this sort of content", like for instance a public facility saying they won't rent space to anyone discussing abortion or whatever, and that might be okay even though it's based on the content of the speech. What the government absolutely cannot do is say "we'll rent space to anti-abortion people, but not pro-abortion people" because that's based on the viewpoint of the speech, not just the type of content. Trump's blocking of people is almost certainly viewpoint-based (I can't imagine he's blocking people who agree with him) which is the most suspect type of restriction there is.
  2. Not interested enough to buy a console just for that game, no.
  3. This is false, I am interested in Pokemon and don't own a 3DS. I would imagine I am not alone.
  4. Frankly I don't understand why they're not doing both. Port Sun/Moon to Switch as either Stars or Eclipse for release this fall, which would be far less work than developing a whole new game, and then also develop a full new A+B entry for Switch.
  5. Wolfenstein II and Dishonored DLC was enough from Bethesda for me. I'd probably go: Sony Ubisoft Nintendo MS EA Disclaimer: I didn't watch Devolver or PC Gamer.
  6. Not to me, although I know it is to lots of people (I honestly had completely forgotten they even announced it because I care so little).
  7. The only exciting news was confirmation of a Pokemon RPG for Switch, but that was just a comment made in passing.
  8. Yeah, it's something that would never have crossed my mind, but as soon as it was brought up I was like "you know, maybe they have a point". My worry about the Covfefe Act is that because of the title no one will take it seriously and it will go nowhere.
  9. What did Nintendo show that was so amazing?
  10. I wouldn't mind them tweaking the noticeability of your assassinations, because I agree there are situations where it should be detected and isn't, but as Thursday said stabbing someone in the neck should kill them, even if it also alerts their friend.
  11. Someone on Twitter pointed out that between the BGE2 announcement and now Sony announced and released TLG.
  12. It's only $10 off here, $50 from $60.
  13. As soon as you said that I realized who she was, I just didn't realize it was the same character at first.
  14. I picked the right time to get HZD.
  15. I mean, I can imagine a good stealth game without automatic takedowns, but that game is not Assassin's Creed.
  16. Huh, I came away with the opposite impression, Sony's was the best so far. *Edit - So far this year, I mean.
  17. Apparently due to the leveling system stealth assassinations won't always actually kill your enemy. I don't want to prejudge, but that sounds game-ruining to me.
  18. Thanks @Mr. GOH!, that perfectly answers my question. Also, the game has already been delayed from Spring 2018 to Fall 2018.
  19. Did they say it's going to be multiplayer? Because that's what everyone's assuming but I haven't been able to figure out why.
  20. I basically agree with Jack. I do want to add that to me A Way Out looked cool, but coop-only is almost a dealbreaker for me. I don't want to have to coordinate with other people to play my game's campaign, and I don't want to have to rely on randos from the internet for what appears to be a heavily story-based game like that. I love it when games offer coop, but I don't want them to require it.
  21. I just finished the final showcase event in Forza Horizon 3, which marks the end of the campaign, such as it is, so I guess that means I've beat it. I'm still only at like 35% overall completion though, so there's a lot more left for me to do.
  22. @FLD And I'm only liking the part of yours directed at me. As someone who played Wonderful 101 because of all the good things I heard, I can honestly say I have no idea why everyone liked it so much. It wasn't outright bad, but it certainly wasn't anything special.
  23. I would include among Bioware's questionable games DA2, ME3, DAI (even though I really liked it), and ME:A. But I still would take them over Platinum just because I've never really liked any of Platinum's games.
  24. Horizon: Zero Dawn got a price drop to $40, and also Amazon is now back to allowing users to sell used copies of Playstation 1st party games, so I bit.
