  1. People don't trust her, but I honestly don't see why people think she'd be any worse than any other "mainstream" democratic candidate.
  2. Yeah, I fucking loved Harvest Moon on the SNES. I felt like none of the later incarnations lived up to it. Stardew Valley is ridiculously tempting.
  3. For people too lazy to click the link: U4: A Thief's Thiefing Thief has been delayed 2 weeks to May 10, 2016. It will launch worldwide on that date.
  4. Waiting for LoZ:TP HD to ship is driving me nuts!

That's like 5 minutes at the beginning of the game!

Yeah I was just being silly! TP is the last great Zelda game. Every game since, DS, 3DS, or Wii, has sucked. I'm interested in playing it again but I'll wait for it to go on sale or something.

Nintendo games don't go on sale.

Also, Skyward Sword does not get the love it deserves. Great game.

  5. I could see it working if they actually maintain compatibility between mini-generations like they promise. Games could have a requirement that you have to be on Xbox Level 3 or higher or whatever, and beyond that they could automatically adjust things like resolution/effects/etc based on how much power is available on your specific one. It would get some of the scalability benefits of PC without users having to dick around in settings, and would also get some of the longevity benefits of consoles because devs would only stop supporting older versions as enough people upgraded to make it worthwhile, so any given version would likely be supported for a decent amount of time.
  6. Yes, it's definitely true that TP is more of a traditional Zelda than WW. Also, if you like those you should totally give Skyward Sword a try, it doesn't get the love it deserves. Though I definitely recommend playing SS with a real Motion Plus Wiimote, and not a regular Wiimote with the Motion Plus add-on thing, I've played the game all the way through both ways and found the regular Wiimote+addon to be horribly frustrating and inaccurate, but the true Motion Plus one worked great.
  7. Does your hub not have an external power supply? If not then I too am surprised it's able to draw enough power from just one USB port to run all of that.
  8. Were there a lot of people who hated it when it came out? I thought everyone loved it because it was what they thought Wind Waker should have been (Wind Waker rocks). I'm excited because we can finally get the best of both control schemes! The waggle for sword fighting on the Wii was dumb, and way inferior to the button-based combat on GCN, but the pointer made aiming projectiles so much easier. Now on Wii U you can use the tablet as a normal controller but still use the pointing feature for aiming. Yay!
  9. Are you talking about power or speed?
  10. PS4-to-PC remote play is coming in the next update. I guess that explains why they're finally killing off the Vita TV.
  11. Exophase is the site I use for my gamercard in my sig. exophase.com
  12. On second thought, I don't know that I'll really be using the site much at all anyway. I think Exophase and Darkadia have me covered. T-t-t-triple post!
  13. Did you ever end up signing up for that? I need people to follow besides just the "personalities" it automatically hooked me up with.
  14. The Legend of Korra. I quite liked it, it was a lot better than the talk had led me to believe.
  15. Having not played the game this actually sounds fairly realistic for a guerrilla force fighting a conventional force.
  16. Dead Rising 3. It was fine, though overall I felt it fell into an awkward zone between serious and silly, where it kind of tried to be silly but wasn't OTT enough about it for it to be fun (from a plot/presentation standpoint, I'm not talking about gameplay). The gameplay was fine, but nothing special. I don't regret playing it. I would have been happy had I paid up to $15, and since I got it for free well yay for me! Solid 3/5.
  17. I also got Hitman Go for the PS4/Vita. The 20% off deal was too good to pass up.
  18. So you mean moving programs, not just files.
  19. How weird that the client would cause performance problems in-game.
  20. When the uprising comes that dude with the stick is going to be the first to die.
  21. It was a big step up from the 2013 one IMO, so hopefully with the next one they'll continue to refine it.
  22. Actually PSVR is going to run at 60 fps with special interpolation to smooth it out to an effective 120 fps. Basically the actual rendering happens 60 times a second, but the head tracking is updated 120 times a second, and it warps the previous frame using the updated head tracking to create the feeling of smoother motion without having to render twice as many frames. @Jack: Download the SteamVR test from the Steam store.
  23. Look at the results screen again: If you hit "Show Details" it pops down all that stuff at the bottom. That graph shows you what settings it was running at throughout the test. Mine was in the medium range for most of the test, with that hard drop to low in the middle. *Edit* - The thing with VR is that it can't tolerate frame drops, because they completely ruin the experience/make you sick, so your settings are always going to be bound by the most hardware intensive moments, even if they're brief, so you can be sure to maintain a constant 90 fps.
