  1. Yeah, thanks, I figured that out after I posted.
  2. Question for those who have beat the game:
  3. Infamous: Second Son. Awesome game. Way better than the first two. I'm going to dive right back in to play as evil.
  4. lmao @ the last jacket I unlocked:
  5. I wish that once you got the neon powers your tags would be awesome neon tags like Fetch's, rather than just spray paint.
  6. I know, I was just trying to come up with a term that made it clear which budget I was talking about.
  7. Woo! Endless lightspeed! *Edit* - See, I like neon better for combat because of the improved mobility. Also neon shots do more damage than smoke shots. The smoke missile seems to do more damage than the neon missile though, and I like not having to charge it up too.
  8. I haven't got the other two powers, but between smoke and neon I definitely like neon better. The only thing I like better about smoke is healing by going through vents and that headshots are automatic subdues.
  9. Okay, the monetary policy version is the only definition of budget I had ever heard.
  10. So you have two things called the "budget": one is the ceremony or whatever, and the other is the more standard type of budget, meaning the plan for how funds will be allocated. So you have a budget (the plan for money allocation) all the time, but you only have the ceremony each time there's a new monetary plan. Is this correct?
  11. That article does not prove your point. It says "the budget was delivered... on" not that it "occurred on..." The budget is the actual rules/policies that govern the spending of money (like how my wife and I have a household budget), not the day it happens to get approved/enacted/whatever.
  12. Even if it's not the exact same people it still takes time money and resources, which are not unlimited.
  13. No, the budget is the thing that governs how the government will spend money. It's something you have all the time unless there's some kind of ridiculousness like the showdown. What you're talking about is them making the budget, which should be a fairly short process.
  14. Everything on the internet gets exaggerated.
  15. Those were just my impressions from picking it up for a few minutes.
  16. I'm really enjoying it so far, and it's gorgeous as hell (and has convinced me that jaggies will soon be a thing of the past this generation), but every time anyone mentions the D.U.P. I can't help but think of the D.O.O.P.
  17. They're not just a ton looser, but I definitely noticed as soon as I picked it up (and then immediately compared to a 360 controller to confirm). It's not like they ruined it or anything, it's just every change is for the worse (except the clickier d-pad) so I can't figure out why they would have done it.
  18. There's a Halo coming this fall, and I doubt they would drop the price that much by then.
  19. Americans jokingly hate the French except some people don't get that it's supposed to be a joke. The previous games' trailers with tons of people were always pre-rendered though, this says it's "in-game".
  20. I would have preferred French Resistance, but French Revolution is fine.
  21. Wow, I'm kind of impressed with how much worse MS made the Xbone controller. The 360 controller was nearly perfect, why did they change it? The sticks are looser and it doesn't feel nearly as comfortable in my hand. *Edit* - Also, AA batteries? In fucking 2014? What the fuck?
  22. It irritates me because my DS4's battery lasts /maybe/ half as long, and probably more like 1/3 as long as my DS3's, and there's no good reason for it to be there.
