No, once you "buy" it it's associated with your account as long as you keep PS+, you don't even have to actually download it. In fact you can let your sub lapse, and if you ever re-up your free games will reactivate.

I just built a $10k computer on that site. It's glorious. It has dual Titans, 64 GB of DDR3, and four 960 GB SSDs, because obviously. I wish I had $10k to blow on a gaming PC.
