I do find him entertaining a lot of the time, but there's enough time that he's off-putting that I just prefer not to play as him when I don't have to.
-
I agree, but to me it doesn't feel good unless I have some underlying reason. Without that it's boring. If you enjoy it though more power to you. *Edit* - I suspect this is the same reason I don't care about multiplayer either: I need some kind of story-type justification for why I'm doing what I'm doing, and some sense of advancement in that story, or it just feels pointless and boring to me.

See, the complete non-structured, run around do random ass insane things never appealed to me in GTA. I prefer to do things for a reason.
-
I've decided I don't like Trevor as a character, and I avoid playing as him as much as possible.
-
I use Trevor's occasionally, but I usually forget about the other two.
-
I enjoyed the tow truck missions for some reason that I can't fully explain.
-
I was shit at the flying in the first flying mission so I wanted to do the flight school to get better at it myself. The shooting range and golf I just did cause I enjoyed it.
-
You can do flight school and get helicopter training before you ever get to a helicopter mission. But yeah, planes definitely. Also, Trevor's flight skill starts out almost maxed. *Edit* - I had both Michael's and Franklin's flight skills maxed out by the time I got to the helicopter part of the training though.
-
Man, maxing out the flying stat is almost as easy as maxing out the shooting stat.

Get an old laptop with one of those nub things in the keyboard to practice with.
-
Lmao, that would have been awesome.
-
I know they are, that's my point: they're removing the thing that they said was the consumer friendly justification for the requirement, but standing their ground about the requirement itself.
-
Would you happen to have been playing as Michael, who is near max anyway? No, Franklin. Haha, yeah, that happened to me too. And totes agree about them needing to not change their clothes.

Fuck yes! -
Right after the first heist:
-
I just did the first heist, and it was among the greatest things I have ever done in a video game. The only way it could have been better is if it had been a train job.

There's stamina, but I don't think it has anything to do with sexual performance. I was actually just thinking a few minutes ago that boning chicks should increase it.
-
Woo! 3 under! *Edit* - Wait, that didn't raise my strength at all. What the hell?
-
Goddamn it was easy to max out my gun skill. $14 to get into the range, and 10 minutes later I'm maxed out.
-
It is and you should.

All of the Uncharted games had really bad difficulty spikes, but I thought they got better about them as the series went on. Actually, in that regard I thought Golden Abyss (not developed by Naughty Dog) was the best. Not the best overall, certainly, but it didn't have the stupid difficulty spikes.

Yes, to preserve the integrity of the RMAH.
-
I didn't know that either. Awesome.

I can't shoot for shit while I'm driving. It seems way harder than GTAIV, but that could just be that I don't remember how bad it was.
