Cos of the naming I have no idea which of the Bourne films I've seen and which I haven't.

scones can be sweet or savoury, but they're eaten for tea (i.e scones and a cup of tea as a light meal in the afternoon) not as an accompaniment to a meal. Most common type is sweet (plain or with currants), served with jam and clotted cream. (Personally, I would always spread jam first then dollop on the cream, but looking through google images, it seems I'm in the minority, meaning the majority are wrong! Second most popular is probably cheese scones, which obviously are savoury and are served warm and buttered. edit: bit slow there, Joe.

baileys is nice but I can't drink much - it's really filling. Also all the different flavours they've introduced are all gross. If you like creamy liqueurs you should try frangelico (hazelnut) or kahlua (coffee) cream liqueurs. From your post I can't tell if you're drinking or not (or just if you shouldn't?) so I'll make a non alcoholic suggestion. Almond syrup and milk is 100% scrumptious.

This would be cool if I weren't a lazy bastard.

I thought the drunk, potato-loving hooligans bit for the boxer was worse. At least the Ireland being a separate country can be excused as genuine ignorance but that sort of stereotyping is just insane in a newspaper.

I gave up in the end when I was trying to work out where to jump in with persona series since they removed stuff as well as adding stuff between the different editions.

Poor Rory... he's actually my favourite...

I like the U logo, and the Wii font individually, but I don't think the two look connected at all. edit: strangely they seem even less connected in the single colour on the box, than the two colours of the actual logo:
-
Wii U game box branding has been revealed (and confirmed as 'too legit to quit' by a ubisoft PR): What do you think? I don't like at as much as the Wii packaging, which is my favourite this gen. I think the blue with the green/yellow strip and the variable width curve with the general uglyness of the wiiU logo it's all just a bit messy for me.

This? My TVs set up to get north west/granada (sorry, Wales!) but I haven't seen that, I did get this one which is ace-ish: Obviously I am just being dumb all over the place tonight. edit: yeah, we get EdF (electricite de france, so not super english) - it's actually our supplier at the moment. It's only water (and telephones in Hull) where you have to stick with your local supplier. -

I have no idea. -
every embedded video that is not on youtube. Don't websites realise that youtube is the only method that works on pretty much every device for viewing sites. Also, vimeo is horrible even on a proper computer.

well, looking at the style philosophy, foursquare would be a great name. You're welcome, Microsoft.

as far as I can (be bothered to) work out, it is indeed real. They've also got a bible school, which has some smooth jazz for when you're done rocking out with Jesus.

Great end to his Olympic career. Shame about pendleton , though obviously after the sting has softened she's been an amazing ambassador form the sport. My highlight for today was the team GB dude getting second on the 800m heats. The look on his face when he realised he was second was absolutely priceless. edit: LOL

That's one of the examples I was thinking of actually, there were also calls for him to be fired for wearing jeans during a weather report for country file too, the horror!
-
While I don't think he should have used that term and certainly should have known better, I don't like the trend for the calling for firing/resignation every time someone makes a mistake. I think we need to take a step back and look at the intent or whether there is too big a previous list of gaffes that it reflects badly you'd keep such on a moron idiot.

'Losing their jingoism'? In the UK jingoism is a bad thing... And isn't she being patriotic by winning a gold medal for her country. Dunno if you were being miserable oop north, dean but people were plenty excited about the wedding here. I think there's a lot of good will and patriotism (to the extent Brits will allow themselves to be) in general at the moment whit he he wedding, the jubilee and the Olympics.

From The Register article about the US Apple/Samsung lawsuit. So it's OK to copy decades of research and experience from other companies on a feature that makes a phone a phone and that a company could come up with a unique design for and is a genuine issue for users (and we know how they ballsed that up when they used their own design on the iPhone 4) but it's not OK for other companies to make a phone that uses something as ground-breaking as a rectangle.
