  1. If anyone's playing Aminal Crossing Pocket Camp, my ID is 7342 0474 641 if anyone wants to add me.
  2. My ID is 7342 0474 641 if you or anyone else wants to add me.
  3. I'm enjoying it so far. Except the connection issues, obviously. Makes me wonder if they'll ever get around to a switch animal crossing though, because it's more like a "proper" animal crossing game than I originally expected when it was announced.
  4. The rate I get through my games, it's more likely to be useful to me in 2018 or 2019.
  5. Not sure what timeline this is but it looks like it's been hard on Link. I jest, of course. I bought Skyrim for Switch. I had an offer to get a game half price so went in to get AC: Origins, but then I worried my parents may get it for me for Christmas so I thought I'd get Splatoon 2, but they didn't have that so I got this instead. Unlike most people though, I've never played it before, so I'm not double/triple dipping.
  6. I know it's old, but this is still one of my favourite things when it pops back into my life.
  7. Sony's black friday VR deal seems good. The headset and camera, vr worlds, and skyrim vr or GT VR for £250, when it's normally £350 for the headset alone. Still not sure I actually want one but it's tempting at that price.
  8. I used to have a coat with weird sleeves that pulled the whole coat up when I lifted my arms, it was a nightmare, glad you didn't get stuck with something like that. I still have a pizza cutter but my favourite thing to cut pizza is scissors.
  9. It will be interesting to see how it holds its price. Could be a bargain in a years time.
  10. I forgot how bad I am at jumping on enemies in Mario games I always hit the front of them and lose a life. :/
  11. Golden Silvers completely passed me by when they came out, but only released one album so I guess they'll be easy to catch up on. It gives me some sort of melancholy feeling for something to have come and gone before I find it maybe like finding a teddy bear that's been dropped by the side of the road? I don't know.
  12. If I remember correctly the last game was the first one that was reviewed well in a while, but that didn't reflect in the sales which is why they gave it a bit of a rest and a reboot for this one. Trouble is nowadays (I think skewed by square enix) I don't know what a game needs to sell to remain profitable. I guess AC - being fairly formulaic - wouldn't be the most expensive game but the credits at the end seem to encompass half the global population so who knows.
  13. How well do they sell nowadays? I know everyone dumps on them, but is it a profitable series for Ubisoft?
  14. I have no clue when mine is arriving which is sad as it's the first time I've looked forward to playing a game in ages.
  15. It had slightly mixed reviews but it's half price on Switch at the moment, so I thought I'd give it a go. Edit: and this: Thinking about Phantom Trigger too, but not sure from the reviews. edit again: Last one*, Thimbleweed Park: *before I go to bed tonight.
  16. I kinda guessed it wouldn't be suitable from what you wrote, but I'm trying to go minimalist and it is a torturous process.
  17. I have a D-Link DNS 320 with 2*2TB Samsung HD204UI HDDs which you could have for the cost of postage if you want.
  18. That sounds like the voice of bitter experience. I don't PC game, but if I did it would just be for the indies which I assume are more likely to work? and keep the triple As for the consoles. I know they can look better on PC but that isn't worth the hassle in my mind - I know everyone says it's easy nowadays, but the length of this thread begs to disagree.
  19. I had to google that, and did actually own one, but would have to say the novelty of a calculator watch wore off fairly quickly. Hopefully you don't feel the same way about our forum - it's long term ace so welcome.
  20. Is that the DLC? When's the story one coming out?
  21. It sits in your hot water tank to directly heat the water using electricity. It's very dear compared to using the gas boiler to send hot water to sit in the tank waiting for use so is only for emergency use.
  22. A new boiler and it's installation costs. It's my main Christmas gift for my parents (a lot more than I'd normally spend) and while it's not the most exciting way to blow a decent whack of money, my Mum cried when I told her as she'd been so worried about it. It's something that's been on our minds to sort for years but came to a head when it flat out stopped working so we now have no heating/hot water until it's installed in a fortnight. Luckily the immersion heater still works if we're desperate, and have an electric shower and gas fire so we're not in dire straits.
  23. oh, I'm actually playing that right now in another tab. I didn't realise there was an end point
  24. You can download an official version of the song here if you like it.
