It's a brawler/action RPG hybrid to kill the beasts for their ingredients then puzzle game cooking. I'd never actually heard of it, but it has good reviews,

I'd enjoy it more knowing robots are doing it - it's more impressive for now.

I just finished D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die. Shame there's never going to be a season 2, because although it was not a stellar game, I would like to know how the story panned out. Sleeping Dogs is next on my hit list, though I'm finding it slightly frustrating going through my list of games as I've no idea which I've bought and which are Games With Gold, which I can no longer play.

poo. the dude doing the sweepstake did give us an update of how everyone needed to do to get through. Maybe I was mixing them up with Portugal, my other team. As you can tell I do not follow it super closely.

I'm going to go through all my Xbox One games so I can sell it. With that in mind I played all the way through Unrarvel today. Some of it was very pretty but unfortunately I didn't like the main character design/rendering - it didn't look very woolly and didn't sit in the landscapes very well. I liked the gameplay a medium amount. Luckily it wasn't too long to outstay its welcome. I don;t think it was as emotional as I think I was meant to find it. Glad I played it but I wouldn't go back to it and won't be rushing out to get the sequel, but would potentially get it in a sale.

I was just flicking channels and caught a bit of legally blonde, including the bend and snap scene which is surely iconic. I always have in mind Clueless, Legally Blonde and Mean Girls as the Holy Trinity of school girl comedies. You'll often find people you wouldn't expect have one of these as a guilty pleasure*. Strange how Legally Blonde is on TV all the time and I never see the other two. *Guilty pleasures are something I very much do not believe in personally.

speaking of sentient androids, I bought and completed a game on the same day, a first for me I think. It was Subsurface Circular. I will probably have another playthrough to see how different it can turn out - I'm guessing not very. Probably play it with the commentary on as I enjoyed that on Thomas Was Alone.

They are still releasing a core pokemon RPG next year on the Switch so I'm struggling to imagine this is a full RPG experience even though they say it is. If it is just a "my first pokemon" I'll likely buy it, but i can't help but feel it will be super gimped in some fundamental way.

I know there's been no shortage of rumours about what Retro Studio's been up to, but what do you think of them making a Star Fox racing game? It supposedly has F Zero style racing and Diddy Kong style story. It seems slightly more substantial than the normal idle speculation. While I can't say I'm holding my breath, It will definitely be in the back of my mind come the E3 Direct.

Finished the single player of Splatoon 2. I got all the collectables for the first worlds but it was enough to get through the final world - it was tough. I'll go back and get them with easier weapons as you can choose on your second go through but for now I'm playing the splatfest. Not too sure how I feel the game. I look forward to playing it, but get bored of it fairly quickly when i do. I would say I like it though because I do keep going back.
