  1. I wanted to make something a bit like this: It's a fragrance oil burner, I'd try and have some wood to replace some of the metal though
  2. What I've not bought is a round chemistry flask. Holy heck are those things dear - I thought they'd be a few quid.
  3. There's a new section for a User ID on the Nintendo accounts page. Not sure how it's different to the other times I've put my name in but gotta get myself Switch ready.
  4. Not sure I've played a French RPG.
  5. I hope this goes down in the annals as the classic it deserves to be remembered as. It's close to being a perfect pop song.
  6. It does say "re-linking the account after initialising the console" which could be interpreted as meaning it still needs to be same account on same console. I certainly won't be doing any practical experiments to find out.
  7. omg, don't build our hopes up like that. I was figuring it's just going to be a couple of fetch quests to open up a shrine. Now I'm imagining all sorts of nonsense.
  8. I'm secretly hoping they'll get some more keys which I believe is at least a possibility
  9. I bought the Humble Freedom Bundle because it felt like the cool selection you used to look forward to when they first started. But I didn't realise they'd run out of steam keys (for two of the games)? I'd have bought it when it first launched but it never occurred to me that was a thing. Also, since my humble and steam accounts are linked and humble knows which games I already have on steam I find the system where you have to generate the key, copy it, and paste it into the steam client a bit of a faff. Don't see why you can't just press the redeem on steam button and have it do all that mess automatically.
  10. Here's what's in the pack as it flashes up quite quickly. Since it's a single expansion pass, I hope it will represent similar value to the Mario Kart 8 DLC which I thought was good. I won't be pre-purchasing it though - I'd rather wait to see how substantial the extra story is which is the main thing I'd be interested in. Would be interesting to see what the new map feature is - if they mean a literal map feature like a treasure chest compass, then it's gong to be fairly useless by the time it's released as most people will be done with their exploring by then
  11. at least that's better than a ubisoft game where the credits are about 20% of the game.
  12. I've just started Colour Splash, and it's as good as I'd hoped. Every line of dialogue brings at least a smile to your face, and a lot are actually funny. I really think paper mario games are the best written series out there.
  13. that didn't even occur to me as a question whether you wear them at all.
  14. I wouldn't normally mention a purchase of a perfume for myself, but I have a few questions about them, plus it's called Botanical Cologne of Love which is a pretty awesome name. Anyway, the questions: What do you call them? I'd usually buy an eau de toilette, rather than a cologne (this is unisex though, which I think is unusual for a cologne). I hate saying eau de toilette, but scent or fragrance sound a bit pretentious to me. how many bottles would you typically have on the go at any one time? A daytime/work one and a going out one? more, less? I know some people have dozens but they must lose some of their more volatile notes before you get around to using them. Do you stick to a favourite, or do you like to try different ones?
  15. If they can bring down facebook with them it's a worthy sacrifice.
  16. if at first you don't succeed
  17. I kind of loved the idea of it being Sue Perkins to lighten it back up a bit again as I think it's got a bit too angsty. Obviously with Mel as the sidekick. That's even less likely I'm sure.
  18. I kind of hate when a clickbait article actually sounds like it might be interesting, but I won't click through on principle.
  19. After rewriting the opening song to remove the hand-cutting line in the 90s, Disney have had to make another alteration.
  20. Yeah, I'm not holding my breath for VR, would be a nice bonus but nothing more. Would be a bit miffed if it was a hardware revision in the near future though.
  21. Online is set to be between 2,000 - 3,000 yen (£14-21 or $17.50-26.50) annually. Nintendo are also still looking to add VR to Switch in the future when they are confident they can make it comfortable to play for extended periods.
  22. Guess I'd best make the most of it then, I'll be happy to exchange sex with developers for favourable posts if anyone has any connections in the biz. Might get us some new members/ death threats - worth a shot.
  23. I forgot I was going to buy that when I got a new console so I could get it with the nemesis system. Seems more expensive than last time I looked though.
