When I search whatsapp and choose iphone only it just comes up with a load of junk apps not the actual one, and when I click a direct link from the whatsapp site it takes me to the store but says it's iphone only and I can't see anything there to show the app, The googled solutions involve owning an iphone and accessing older cached versions of the app so I don't think there is an easy solution to it.

That's my tablet's login screen. Where should I be pressing? I've tried swiping from every edge and pressing everything. Also with the laptop, I log in with a full microsoft account, and just did an experiment. I went to my login screen and turned my wifi off, I tried an incorrect password and it said I'm offline so use the last password for this computer, but with the PIN it just said it was incorrect so I don't think it saves that to the cloud, it's not a timeout thing though because it doesn't make me log in with my MS password (I've haven't used that to log in to Windows 10 at all yet), it just doesn't remember I want to use the PIN and as soon as I change back to PIN it lets me login with that.

I'm using whatsapp on my android phone, and it connects to whatsapp web on my laptop with no problems. I'm struggling with my ipad though. The whatsapp web app doesn't work in safari, nor chrome - it just suggests I download the app, but that works only on iphone, not ipad. I can't find anything on google except connecting the iphone app to a laptop, which isn't the problem I'm having or installing whatsapp on an ipad, which would be good except it doesn't seem to actually work with iOS 8 and is rather dodgy. Anyone got any ideas?

I'm having several login issues. On my laptop it doesn't always remember that I log in with a PIN rather than password, so I'll type it in and get an error before I notice and then have to click about to get it to PIN entry when the whole point of choosing that method was that it's quickest for me. On my tablet you can't switch users from the login screen, so if another person wants to use it from sleep they either have to restart it or get the original user to log in and switch users from the start menu, neither of which, as you can imagine, is ideal. Once I'm logged in I mostly like it, though I liked Windows 8, so what do I know.

I'm not sure about"find some familiar faces" makes it sound fleeting - most of the games end up mentioning altair and his master, to show where things started out so it could be something as simple as that. I just started rogue, so don't know quite where the modern day story ends up. I did think about danny wallace, as I like him, but evidently forgot to mention him.

Here's a Guardian article on the project. It's vaguely optimistic, but there's not much to it. It does say Fassbender will be playing both a modern day character and a 15th century Spanish ancestor during the Spanish Inquisition. To make it work I think they'll need to spend a larger proportion of their time in the modern world setting than the games do since you'd probably need the amount of plot they've spread out over the entirety of the game series in the one film. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if they spent the majority of the film's time there. I wonder if it will tie into the game world, e.g. the modern day part could be a continuation of the game's without much difficulty, or if future games will make reference to the spanish inquisition. I'd be equally as happy if it was it's own separate world.

Just read that Fassbender, co-star Marion Cotillard and the director all just worked together on Macbeth which has very good reviews so there is a possibility the film will be good. but it doesn't need to be good to be enjoyable, I had fun watching the Prince of Persia though I know it wasn't a good film. Having said that the article I read also said that it has spent a lot of time getting rewrites and having different people attached to it which often isn't a good sign.

yeah, but 3.30 minutes? that's just not going to make me want to buy something and would in fact stop me even watching most videos it's attached to. and it;s all the freking time, well over half the videos I watch, seems random too, not just attached to one channel, for example.

I think of the way you say low thousands is not really the correct mathematical way to say it, as you're not splitting up the units correctly (I assume you'd write 1,600 as we do, not 16,00) but does sound nicer spoken, but it makes me wonder how would you pronounce 5 digit and bigger numbers in the USA? e.g. 16,000 has got to sound better (and less confusing) as "sixteen thousand" than "one hundred sixty hundred". Where is the change? Does it make a difference if the number is not a nice round number, and so loses the appealing simplicity. E.g. "ninety five hundred twenty five" stops sounding simpler than "nine thousand, five hundred and twenty five" and starts to need thinking about (at least for me) I've never heard anyone use picadilly for counting seconds, maybe that's a london thing? I'd use elephant. I was confused about the house numbering too, not that I check on every road I've been down, but whenever I have, the houses have gone up sequentially odd one side, even the other, so If you were looking for house 21 and you just got to 20, you could cross the road and be in the correct place. The only time I could imagine that being different is in a cul de sac were I think they would go round in order starting on the left.

It's not for everyone, but if you like AC:NL, you love it. Have you played any of the other Layton games, kenshi. They're all good, but the second to last one is a weird place to start. Sorry, I missed this when you posted it. If it was mine, it would be in good condition, and that is what I'd do, as I can never be bothered with the hassle of selling stuff but he needs the money as much as any charity does.. Not that keen on cleaning someone else's gunk, which is why I was just going to give him my own money. Kind of annoying really though as he only palmed it off on me as he didn't have room for it and I've never even so much as turned it on. It's always weird what games end up being worth money, but one of those I checked on CEX they literally buy for 1p.

It's mad they still want to sell of more council housing - that's what they should be building more of . I'm sure that's at least in part responsible for ridiculous prices. Controlled costs for government not paying private landlords, which means less rented housing which would lower prices at the bottom of the market to make it easier for young/low income people to get on the ladder. And with more people being able to afford to buy it may help reduce the cost of rent for people that can't.
