  1. Hm, it's not working for me. When I install it and try to use it, I just get an error message.
  2. Yeah I've always been a sucker for these. I especially have always held a deep love in my heart since I was a kid for that Scooby Doo movie where Shaggy and Scooby become teachers/caretakers at that all girl monster school. Also agreed on Hotel Transylvania. Nothing special and a bit forced, plus a horrible message of "you only click once with somebody so if you think you found him/her marry on the spot" lol wtf But for some reason the romance between the vampire daughter and Andy Samberg worked for me. I myself have always liked the one where Shaggy is turned into a werewolf by Dracula and then forced to compete in a car race against all the other monsters. It's not a "good" movie but come on, how can you read all that and not be at least a little curious?
  3. How many hours are we talking about with the official one? How long do you use it between charges?
  4. I'm thinking about looking into a replacement battery for the gamepad, since the one it comes with is complete ass. Anyone have any recommendations?
  5. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-29625481 Looks like the ebola situation isn't going to be getting better anytime soon.
  6. Hotel Transylvania. Nothing special and the plot is pretty predictable but I still wouldn't call it a bad movie. It has some nice moments and Dracula's daughter is pretty likable, plus I just have a soft spot for Halloween specials that get all the classic monsters together for whatever reason. It's just a cute little family movie.
  7. Journey to the West (Stephen Chow version) Man, I loved this movie. It was sitting in my Netflix queue for a while but I never got around to actually watching it until today. It's loosely based on the old Chinese story, but this film is mostly about a pacifistic demon hunter who is trying to learn how to purify demons as opposed to killing them like all the other hunters do. It's funny, it's got some really cool action scenes, the demons are creative, and it's just all around a fun movie to watch. If you're not turned off by subtitles, give it a watch. If you are, then you're missing out.
  8. The longer I have to wait, the more pissed I get at the lack of matchmaking in raids. I want to play the vault of glass! Everyone says it's really fun and I want to play it, but I can't because I can't get five people together! We're all adults, we have jobs and shit! How am I supposed to coordinate that many people to take that much time out of their day simultaneously?
  9. Great, my car won't start. Ugh, the transition to electric can't happen fast enough.

Relax. Most people can tell you why a car won't start. When you go electric, and something breaks, the cost is going to be a lot higher for repair.

  10. Weeks? That's a conservative estimate. Didn't you hear? It takes six months just to put in a female character!
  11. Also, I can only speak for myself but I don't think I've ever had a constantly crashing pc game that was fixed by Nvidia's automatic tweaking or driver updating software. Yeah, in theory that's supposed to make everything work all nice and neat, but in practice I've found it to be useless at best. It's just an unmistakable fact that tons of console games end up with shitty, poorly programmed, poorly optimized PC ports. Is it fair? No, but them's the breaks. Even when the developers have the best of intentions, everyone's PC is different and it's just not possible for them to consider every user's configuration. A game that works great on one PC will run like garbage on someone else's, and it isn't always because of low specs. When that happens, all you can really do is hope for either a patch or a mod like the one Dark Souls got. No matter how powerful your rig is, every time you buy a PC game you're gambling on the possibility of it not working right on your machine. For a lot of people that's an acceptable risk to take in exchange for games that will usually perform better and I totally understand that, but ever since games jumped up to PS4/Xbox One standards my PC just hasn't been up to the job and I can't be bothered to keep messing with it. I feel like at least part of the argument being made to support the idea that PC games are more convenient is the notion that all you have to do is load up steam (or Origin/Uplay), pick a game from the store, download it to your library, and click play. Well, yes, if all goes well then it really is that simple, but in the world of PC gaming there are a lot of times when it DOESN'T go that well, and when your brand new PC game shits the bed you're looking at hours or maybe even days of trying to pinpoint the problem. Conversely, the only console game I've bought that I can recall having such terrible crashing issues was Battlefield 4 and...well, that game was a truly special case of shittiness. PC games are great and they are indeed convenient if they work right on your machine. If. Problem is, you really have no way of knowing until after you buy it and play it, so you're rolling the dice with every purchase, especially since there are no refunds (except on Origin). Even those big youtubers like Angry Joe and Totalbiscuit who have pimped out rigs specifically so they can buy and review every major PC release get screwed over sometimes.
  12. They do, although I can't really see why you'd need them for a version of the game that's already portable and requires each player to have a copy.
  13. People keep saying that pc gaming is more convenient and meanwhile I'm just sitting here still unable to play The Witcher for three years now because it keeps crashing my computer and I have fuck all idea how to fix it. That's not even getting into when Uplay wouldn't let me install/play Blood Dragon for an entire day.
  14. So did anyone else buy the 3DS version? Come on, someone tell me I'm not the only one.

  16. As much as people like to shit on Danny Elfman, he arguably made the best Batman theme ever composed.
  17. He's kind of supposed to be jerk in the books, at least in the beginning. A big part of the story was Scott growing as a person by realizing he's not nearly as cool or nice as he thought he was and that his selfish actions have consequences that affect other people. I don't really blame the movie for not touching on that, since that's impossible to condense into a single film with everything else going on, but that's why I feel it should have been multiple films.
  18. I personally feel like they should have gone with someone who was unknown, someone new who we wouldn't recognize from a bunch of other movies or tv shows. Cera did an okay job, but he doesn't really have the energy or expressiveness to do the character the way I imagined him.
  19. I did like Scott Pilgrim, but I also read the books (which are better). I am always ranting about how much I hate Hollywood splitting movies up into multiple parts to sell more tickets, but I think in this case it would have actually been justified. Oh well. It's still an enjoyable movie, although I still can't say I would have picked Cera for the role.
  20. The queen missions are way less time consuming than grinding for vanguard rep, and you're guaranteed a piece of legendary armor at the end of it for at least four or five times in a row. There is of course a likely chance of you getting the same thing several times, but even I managed to get a helmet and a chestplate.
  21. How do you get the clan name to show up in your banner?
