PS All Stars would be a much, much better game if not for that stupid, stupid fucking point system. How did anyone think that was a good idea?

I have to wonder if they're gonna change the gameplay mechanics for this one. No way you can individually command hundreds of characters, but commanding an army? I can get behind that.

For some reason I'm listening to this song a lot in the last few days.

Honestly I bumped it up to expert and had minimal trouble except for a few bosses and the occasional Nemesis. It probably doesn't get really challenging until you go to master or torment. You get better bonuses for the higher difficulties anyway so you might as well.

I bought psn credit a couple months back specifically so I wouldn't have to pay for Destiny all at once.

I'm probably going with the digital guardian edition.

Ah crap. I hated that stupid power slider on the original 3DS. I was always hitting it by accident and turning the system off.

I hate the idea of buying yet another 3DS, but I also really want that Xenoblade port... Also, where's the power button?

So some college kids invented a nail polish that changes color when it comes into contact with any liquid that has been spiked with a date-rape drug, and somehow they're actually getting shit from people who claim that the anti-date-rape nail polish is sexist because it puts all the responsibility for preventing rape on women. Okay, let me make sure I've got this straight. Because men shouldn't rape women (which they shouldn't), women shouldn't use a product that is trying to help protect them from potential rapists? There is just no pleasing these people, is there? I'm actually starting to wonder how many of these supposed feminists actually care about the issues they write about and how many of them are just complaining for attention and page hits.

Patton Oswalt voices so many characters that I think it's some sort of joke among the production crew. I still love the guy, though.

Well I recently finished episode 5. Ugh. I feel depressed.

I, too, just finished Bojack Horseman on Netflix. Boy, this show really defied my expectations. I went in expecting your average raunchy Family Guy-style sitcom, but this show can be very cynical and even depressing at times. Bojack himself is a profoundly flawed character who says and does some truly terrible things to the people in his life, and yet it's hard not to pity him. I can't remember the last time I've seen a sitcom character who was so consumed by loneliness and self-loathing. At times I actually found it a little hard to watch, but I also couldn't stop until I finished the season. If nothing else, this show is a downright brutal deconstruction of the so-called glamour of show business and the celebrities it chews up and spits out. Is it funny? Well, I wouldn't say it's Archer funny or Rick and Morty funny, but it's definitely funnier than a lot of those other "edgy" toons you usually see on the likes of Fox or Comedy Central. If you already have Netflix then it's not like you have anything to lose by giving it a try. On a minor note, I really like the opening for some reason. I just feel like it conveys the tone of the show really well. It looks like the sort of opening you'd expect to see on an AMC or HBO drama...only it's on a Netflix show about an animated anthropomorphic horse. Still, not too shabby.

"You better shape up, private! What do you think this is, some kind of videogame?!" Yeah, bitch, that's exactly what it is. Stop using lines like that in games. It's not funny or clever.

So uh, rumor has it now that the dog from Duck Hunt is going to be in the roster. I really hope that's a hoax because that would be the dumbest character choice in the history of Smash Bros. There is not a gamer alive who remembers that dog fondly, let alone wishes to play as him.

So Twitch has been bought, not by Google but by Amazon. I honestly did not see that one coming, but I feel much better about it than the alternative.
