Chie is really fun. Her antics during the Naoto/Kanji investigation and her kung-fu training really endeared her to me. And isn't the genki girl usually the most popular? I was about to do the Christmas Eve event with Rise, I realized, no, this isn't right! I went with Chie.

Hmm... So something like Persona? I think I can take that, plus I think there's a new game+ so that's an incentive to replaying it. I saw the time limit being discussed and I got the impression that it'd be something like a countdown. As long as it isn't an active countdown, i guess it's fine.

It says the Demo is available for a limited time. Anyone know when that offer ends? I'm reading day-1 copies around the internet, so I guess I can't get it anymore? EDIT: Well nevermind. Not only does the FFXV offer have a time limit, Type-0 actually has a time limit mechanic. Fuck that. I guess I'm gonna buy the demo somewhere else, or not at all.

I was just going to say that I'd be happy if I could just buy them for cheap on the PS3 so I could get trophies (I played them on PC). So I checked their prices, and apparently I already have them. Huh... Must have been free for PS+ I guess.

One of my favorite features in the PS4 version of the game is having your controller speaker act as your cellphone! When your phone rings, you don't hear it on your TV, your controller rings and vibrates, like a real phone! Then it acts like a speaker phone when you answer it. It's really cool! The only issue I've found with it is that you can barely hear the cop radio on it. Something about it being filtered to sound like a cop radio, and using the controller to output that sound, so it's kind of killed the audio in terms of quality. But yeah, everytime my phone rings I smile just because of that! One time I let it idle on single player, and turned off my TV to do other stuff. My controller rings. I figured it's Simeon again, calling me to tell me how much I disappointed him.

I kinda wanna pay $30 just to get that demo. I wish SE could sell the demo for $30 so I won't get ripped off. I will probably end up buying the game later. Is Type 0 digital? Can you get the demo from a digital version?

Crazy sale indeed! I got Mega Man X5, Payday (for maybe some multiplayer fun), Fighting Force (it probably sucks but I played the game way back and just want to try it again). And Flashback. I heard it was bad but I wanna see what they did with it, I can still remember the original.

Well I ended up just replaying The Fleeca Job over and over. At least it's just 2 people and it's so easy, I can be guaranteed good money in an hour. I think I'll wait for my real crew to show up and play the rest of the heists. It's really fun with a decent team, but really not with bad ones. I have this ticket to Blizzard cause I lost access to my account when I reset my phone with the Battle net authenticator. Now I don't really know what to do, because to follow it up and track the support ticket, i need to login to my account. And they said in the mail if I raise multiple tickets it'd add to the delay (what?). I just wanted to play Hearthstone. I just created a new account, I don't have purchases on that account anyway. If they respond to that ticket, cool.

We're trying to finish it now but having no luck on randoms! Hopefully we get 2 good ones!

Had a 3 hour session trying to finish the Prison Break Heist. It's me, 2 of my buddies, and 1 random, who was actually really good. He stuck around for the whole heist. I split the last payout to be 45% to me (I was the leader), 15% to two of my buddies and 25% to the random, as he was really the best in the group. Unfortunately, we weren't able to complete the last mission, as it got too late, so he won't get the final payout. I felt bad, but eh, what are you gonna do. It took so long since we had to shake the cops on 2 missions. It was really hard to do, even on two stars, we were in the middle of nowhere, but somehow the cops would still see us. I don't know why it was so difficult to avoid them. Not sure if that was a bug or they just made it harder... You'd really have to commit to the missions, I guess. And with a pre-made team. Otherwise, it would really suck.

Trying to find the next show I can binge on. I've heard good things about Psych, so right now I'm trying to watch that. I like USA's shows, like Burn Notice, White Collar (which is probably my favorite among the USA shows), Suits, etc. Sometimes the stuff that happens are a bit ridiculous, but I think they're fun to watch. It seems like Psych is about the same, although I can't help feeling a bit annoyed when the police chief believes the lead guy (a "psychic") and gets away with the stupid shit he pulls, and the veteran detective really feels like one of those cartoon cops who just serves as the main characters foil... which I guess is what he is... but he's so cartoony! And then there's that opening theme that looks like it came from the (i wanna say) 80s, with the happy music and people smiling and looking at the camera. It puts me off, not so much as to stop watching the show, but I kinda end up rolling my eyes whenever those things happen and it takes me out of the... "zone". It's pretty popular though, I've only heard good things about it, and it ran for 8 seasons. I guess that's just how the show really is, and it's just not my type? I think I've seen about 5-6 episodes, usually a show already has me on board at this point but I'm gonna try to keep watching.

OK. Reading comments on articles about this update, lot's of people seem to want to delete 0% trophies. Any specific reason? Just so it's not cluttered and it would load faster? And I read there was already a hide trophies option. Just curious.

Just a bunch of screenshots, Sony hasn't really confirmed anything, just that some new features are coming in the next update. But it seems to be console wide, as it's part of the (new?) accessibility settings menu.

Backup (and Restore I assume) for the PS4. It didn't exist. The screenshot is apparently a leak from a beta tester. And I feel like I have to say that, yes, it didn't exist before so we're not getting it back, they're giving us a new feature.

Will the cards inside (specifically the GPU) be upgradeable on these things? Could you theoretically buy a lower priced one and then maybe upgrade the card after a year or two?

Yeah. But to be specific, I was wondering how they were going to hack their way around it. Messages and notifications are stored on the phone, so they don't need to intercept anything, just be able to read them. Essentially I guess they'd have to do something to hijack your call and route it through your wifi or bluetooth connection. And then which app they're going to use to answer your call on the PC, so they'd have to add call features to the pushbullet app. Something like that. And if they implement it, I guess some apps could follow and do something like transfer call to Viber, so you could now answer calls to your phone on the Viber desktop app, even if it's not a Viber call. I guess I would be curious too about how Apple did it, but they hold the code for everything so I assume they could easily just send whatever you get on your cellular to your wifi/bluetooth connection by adding code to their Phone app. From what I understand, Android is open source, but it's not like the Pushbullet team could easily modify how phone calls work on it. I vaguely recall being able to use different "phone" apps on android but I'm not sure if that's just a dialer thing (or if that's even a thing).

I did a quick look, you can answer it but you need a bluetooth headset connected to your phone. Technically, you just answer your phone. It doesn't route the call to your computer. Yet. I read on another article that they're working on that. I wonder what it'll use to move the call though...
