...anyway. Spent the last few hours playing through this. I'd heard some fantastic things about it, and for the most part, it didn't disappoint. I kind of wish it was longer (I really enjoyed the story), and I don't think the ending hit me with as much impact as the writers hoped (could well be down to me being a 25 year old male with 2 brothers), but it certainly is worth a play.

Any idea how large a price cut we're looking at on Memory Cards?

Looks like EA and Microsoft are partnering to give gamers a free copy of FIFA 14 on all Xbox ONE pre-orders. I'm sure this'll help sell people on the console. That being said, i'm awful glad it doesn't take the offer of a free FIFA game to drive me down a certain console's path.

I see what they say about the controls. At certain points you'll have to draw on the Wii U Gamepad screen, and the only way to do this effectively is to remove at least one hand from the controller. Its not really that practically. It works, but i can certainly see why someone might have trouble with it.

I imagine this (if true) will be a largely European offer.

Has anyone had a chance to take a look at the demo? Just spent 30 or so minutes on it myself, and whilst I still plan on picking it up, the demo has me a little worried. Granted, that might be because its a bad demo, but I spent the entire 30 minutes confused and a little daunted by what was going on on screen. Again, its only the demo, but if i wasn't already planning on picking it up, i doubt the demo would do it any favours. So yeah, anyone?

Decided to give it another playthrough after getting it in the Humble Origin Bundle. Honestly, I don't think the campaign is as bad as people made out. Hell, i got through it in 3 days.

How did i miss this? What makes this edition Special?

Not sure how substantial this claim is, but apparently we could be seeing a few additions to this bundle in the coming days. Can't remember the game's exactly, but a Reddit user said we could be seeing 3-4 new games (Mass Effect - Dragon Age - MoH: Airbourne - XXXXX - XXXXX). I'd be very interested in taking another look at Dragon Age.

Kinda feel sorry for those soldiers. They were probably being paid shit and ordered to go hang that witch. Still, that trailer looks badass.

Without wanting to be 'that guy', i'd recommend people hold off on giving away any codes you've got. £3 really isn't too much to pay for 8 pretty nice titles, especially when the money goes to a good cause.

I'd be all over it but i've played Dead Space, no interest in Burnout, Crysis or DS3. I own Mirrors Edge, and i hear MoH is awful. That being said, i shall probably throw some money their way for Charity. ***Edit*** I feel dirty. I picked up the deal. I might have to go back in and give more money though, i feel like i've basically stolen these games.

Yeah, I was really surprised as well when I checked the store and saw it was 10$. I figured the narrator seemed like the most likely reason but while I was aware he was somewhat known, I have no idea who he is. Holy crap, looking at wiki he also voices Shaun in the AC games. No wonder he sounded so familiar. First time I heard him, I wondered if it was Stephen Merchant. I might be wrong, but I believe Thomas was Alone also has a developer commentary that's supposed to be pretty interesting. Also the soundtrack is fantastic. If you can play with earphones, I'd recommend it.

The Walking Dead: 400 Days. Finally.

Guacamelee! I finally got the better of the final boss. I cursed, i nearly cried and at one point, i head-butted my Vita, but eventually i got the job done.

I'm like 8 hours in and i've still not gotten to the final boss. I can't quick travel there, so i assume i need to find everything first? I'm back on the Vita by the way. I think the PS3 is the better system to play on, but at this point, anything to get my Vita out of the cupboard is a good thing.

I adored Super Meat Boy. Yes its difficult and frustrating but the way you're immediately back into the action makes it so you never feel like you're really being punished for messing up. Straight back into the action.

Picked it up on £7.99 on PSN. I started playing it on the Vita but decided its probably better suited to the PS3 controller. *Wouldn't let me use an image of the cover. The game is Guacamelee.

Ahh Guacamelee. I've been playing that myself (Vita/PS3). How are you finding it? It goes from fun to frustrating in a matter of seconds. And i've had to stop playing on the Vita all together as the d-pad/buttons are just too small.

Nearly picked that up during the Steam sale. Glad i saved my money.

For Science. Nah in all serious. I've heard some great things (and some less than great things) about this. It was a straight fight between this and The Place Beyond the Pines, and seeing as my Brother picked that up, figured this would be the wiser choice.
