Seriously! It's like a 'How Not To' guide for writing and directing. I can still see that horrible 'It's like poetry, it rhymes' and then that face he pulls when he says 'Hopefully it'll work'. His analysis of everything Qui-Gon says reminded me of this too. Although, credit where credit's due. Those negotiations were short.

Not sure if this counts but I finished watching 'Mr. Plinkett's' reviews of the Star Wars prequels. I've certainly gained a new 'appreciation' for George Lucas. Man, if he really did think he was creating his own Citizen Kane...

But Episode 3 is out next week! Wait, what day is it? Nooooooooooo!

It's probably alright for the 400 MSP I think it is. I found it quite funny for the most part. But the actual gameplay gets old (and stupidly difficult) rather quickly though.

Having watched Mask of the Phantasm last night, I did notice a slight difference but I think it was more to do with that Batman not looking like he suited that voice (as if it's ever easy to match a voice to a mostly-disguised person). Obviously, that's just me though. Part of it might be that he was having to sort of explain gameplay elements in some of the dialogue? Compared to Mask of the Phantasm, Mark Hamill was really hamming it up in Arkham Asylum. Although, I think it worked with that version of The Joker anyway.

Jennifer Hale did not voice Cortana. That would've ruined Halo for me. Jen Taylor was very good. Speaking of Halo (and Uncharted...and Mass Effect's EDI), got to love the ODSTs too. I remember seeing a preview for ME2 and thinking Yvonne Strahovski might be terrible (the line they show her delivering was thankfully not the take they used in the final game) but I was surprised at how good she was. I mean, I usually find 'typical' Australian accents annoying but I love her voice. At that point, I had not seen Chuck so I had no idea that 'cold and distant, with occasional moments of warmth' was what she had been doing for a while already. Can't really fault any of the Mass Effect voice cast, I even liked Zaeed.

Yeah, I got that. It wasn't particularly subtle about anything but it did it well enough. I think my favourite part was when that guy's had a table flipped onto him and he's fumbling for his gun while Batman walks over slowly then, instead of kicking the weapon away, just stamps on the table and knocks the guy out.

Watched Batman: Mask of the Phantasm. It was good if a mite predictable. Had some neat little touches though.

If you actually put Timothy Dalton, Cheech Marin, Willem Dafoe and Mariska Hargitay in a live-action film together you'd have one seriously odd movie.

I've never heard it used like that...but I guess the Irish do need some way of distinguishing between the sexes.
