Two things I got from the clips.

I don't know how some people got this footage, but some "previews" to the season premiere. Again, some rather massive spoilers to what changes after the wishes.

New Web series from Pendleton Ward called Bravest Warriors. Like Adventure Time before it, it had a "pilot" episode on Nickelodeon back in 2009. Considering that it's online rather than television, we get actual adult humor rather than implied adult humor.

This was going to happen no matter which side, and it will happen after every election on matter which side. We can't say we're dying until we're actually dead as a first world power in my opinion, but people tend to look for doomsday scenarios when there's a hiccup in their ideal world order.

It's that time of year folks! If you don't already know about some retail store Black Friday deals, then you must visit Black Friday Ads (.net) So far, two of the Top 3 retailers in the States have their Black Friday ads out, with only Target hinting at what they'll be offering, but I imagine we'll see something later this week. Look through and see what deals you're interested in. For me... Best Buy has the best deals for my interests. They have the PS3 250GB bundle with the Uncharted and Infamous collection bundled in for $200! There are some other stores that have that same bundle like RadioShack, but they're asking $230 for it because they throw in an extra controller. The individual game sales however has to go to Best Buy. I'm thinking that I can at least get Assassin's Creed III for $35 and Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance for $15. Walmart though has specific retailer PS3 controllers where in the ad we see a kind of "smokey gray" plastic and clear blue plastic controller. There's a lot to look through, so take your time. Keep in mind too that different stores will have different "waves" of doorbusters and that opening times are different, like how Walmart will open at 8:00 PM (Event 1) whereas Best Buy will open at midnight.

Even with all the analysis, going by such a percentage felt off, but that's probably me as I'm not familiar with Ohio's counties. I kept hearing it could go either way, and it was really close with a difference of 2% in votes (at least from what I can find).

The only thing I'm "pissed" about is simply voting in this country. It was talked about earlier in the day, but a few news stations brought up how ass backwards it is to eventually bring your coverage down to 10 battleground states. Like, we've seen how the last few elections have gone so just count up all the red and blue states and make it all about Ohio, Virgina, and Florida. Then we have "projections" and even if I was an avid Obama support, having 63% counted and declaring Obama to have won Ohio (which he did eventually, but still) comes off like jumping the gun. Heck, while the Electoral College says Obama won by over 100 points, the difference in Popular Vote is by nearly 3 million. It's a 50-48 divide which shows that voter mentality was near even.

I tried to stay off Facebook because, with a political mix of friends, I knew it was going to be a battleground. Surprisingly wasn't too bad for me. Only had one guy kinda go crazy, but he's also from Florida, and as we've discussed they can get a lil' cray-cray down there. Otherwise most Romney supporter friends of mine were disappointed, but again only had about two or three that were what I call "maximum piss-crazy." I think in the majority most of my feed was of people trying to calm down Democrats and Republicans. Those who where butthurt and others who might as well have been humping their keyboard. Kinda was tempted to call out a Democrat friend of mine because he was acting like Romney "ran a good campaign, and should be proud" but for the last two months half his feed was raving anti-Romney articles and quotes. You don't really expect people to believe you've gone from overdrive into a nice casual crawl.

Oh most definitely. When I was visiting my folks up in Idaho, I had wanted to see if I could stay to vote on Props 1, 2, and 3. They're all education based and, as far as I could tell, were being heavily debated. I must have heard five different radio ads about them when I was driving through the state.

This happened to me too. Little did I realize I missed the last deadline by two days and it seems that a lot of states don't allow registration at the polls. Is it worth it to me to drive 4 hours to vote when the Electoral College is already for/against me? Not really, but I still wish I could actually commit the act of voting. Truth be told P4, I'm just like you in that I really can't get behind either Obama or Romney. As for a third party...

We could use his unquestionable humanity and kindness. :'(

No Chewie, that was not said at all. The way I saw it, Maggie backed off. Some are saying she was giving Carl "privacy," but there was no indication that Carl wanted to commit the act himself other than saying what would happen if left unchecked. EDIT: So I wasn't alone.

You, uh, didn't understand what I said. But hey, I'm just being weird here. Maybe others can weigh in on this, but after watching the episode twice, that's how it looked. EDIT2: Oh, and not to you Chewie, but people have been coming up with a weird theory.

I get a massive amount of emails from/for Obama, and I get phone calls for Romney with one in particular being a recorded message from him. I usually avoid all the heated debate, but from what little I've seen I think we're in that "last word" stage where either side is trying to find anything to come out on top. "Facts? Who needs facts when the election is tomorrow! Obama-Biden/Romney-Ryan 2012!"

Kinda like that episode of Reno 911. And then later episodes where the girl bears the child on said killer before his execution.

In a zombie apocalypse, I see... At the end, when Rick is "emoting," it seriously almost sounded like he began mocking Carl. Seriously, if you can watch it again, that's how it came off to me. EDIT: And Carl has gone through a lot. Even I was uncomfortable, but when your mother is preggers in a prison filled with zombies, I guess you can tolerate some things that are just straight out taboo.

I honestly don't know how Sony is sponsoring this thing, whether it was management or some guy had connections to make this even happen. All I know is that while I'm not wealthy, the rich kids on the highest floor are loaded and I get the benefits of these kids throwing their money around. I usually don't partake because I can't stand the "atmosphere" if you will, but this one time I think I'll tolerate whatever comes my way if I actually get something out of it. During Halloween there was something involving YouTube down the block, but I was driving 300 miles that night to not care.

Turns out my apartment complex is going to have an Election "Party," but that's not why I'm posting this. Normally I wouldn't care enough about politics to spend hours of my time at a party focusing solely on it, but it's also being sponsored by Sony. There are going to be a number of projectors displaying the election progress, which I can do with Internet tabs, but the reason why I'm going is that throughout the night Sony prizes will be raffled off. Considering that only a few dozen are going so far, my chances seem pretty good. (And yes, I'm putting electronics pretty high on my self-interest, but if I've voted I think I've done my American duty for the night.)
