New roommate is kinda... "particular." He listens to "ironic" music, does all his "work" in the kitchen, and only sleeps on the public couch. Yeah, excuse me for waking you by walking into the common area. I think... I'm living with a hipster. Only a hipster would want to sleep on something two dozen asses have touched.

I could put this into the "Beaten" thread too, but I haven't finished Campaign on Hard. ANARCHY REIGNS!!! I'm going to see if I can get my Internet off of NAT Type 3 tomorrow because the only thing I haven't done is the real meat of the game: MULTIPLAYER! If I can't, well, I literally can not connect to anyone because I'm on such a strict connection.

I've found my character for Anarchy Reigns, but sadly I must suffer the NAT Type 3 connection my apartment provides. Finding a compatible match is near implossible! (How I wish I were away from this place!)

Still an amazing game. Was going through my trophy list and I had an impulse to make a few more plays to get all the endings, though I already know them all (YouTube). It amazes me how, at different times, you can become amazingly skilled at a particular game. Yet, a year or so later you're at square one!

I've been trying to sell my contract, and very soon I'll be able to move. It's a blessing just to be able to get away from this new roommate of mine. I want to be able to tolerate the last few days I'll still be living here, but DA CRAP he's trying my patience. If he plans on staying up till 5 AM listening to pretentious underground electronic music while doing laundry, Imma lose my mind...

Got Adobe CS6 Design Standard, which considering I've been using CS3 since 2008, will be a warm welcome. Would have liked to have Premiere Pro as well, but I've only used Photoshop, InDesign, and even Illustrator most of the time.

Anarchy Reigns is one of the best $30 games I've bought. It's at that sweet spot because I find that Platinum Games, while enjoyable, are not really worth a full $60. Vanquish was amazingly fun, but I also got that for $15 some time ago.

Oddly paced episode that ended abruptly to concluded that Jake would no longer have any distractions related to the puppies. Meh. And Jake Jr. freaked me out!

Seems that MANY gamers (I included) who got a code for the pre-order bonuses for Anarchy Reigns are receiving "invalid" messages when inputting the code. Yeah, you look into that SEGA...

Can't help it, FDS, considering Bayonetta and two extra game modes were up for grabs.
SEGA's whole handling of this game has been ass for over half a year. I should have seen this coming.

I never ended up getting Black or Whire 2, but Pokemon X and Y for the 3DS... IT'S A 3D POKEMON, SO YEAH I'M GETTIN' IT!!!

Pokemon The Whire 2 was a gritty take on the universe. Highly recommended.

I confess, I'm embarrassingly tempted even though I KNOW this will only be a cosmetic upgrade and it doesn't even look that great and graphics aren't supposed to be the important thing, right?

I'm sure others have beaten the Handsome Jack main game, and last night I finished the story for "Torgue's Campaign." Thing is, just like the main game, for both Scarlett and Torgue DLC there's each a "Raid" side quest. Basically, even if you're seven levels higher than the side quest difficulty, they're designed to [very] realistically be beaten with a group of players. I tried the "Pete the Incinvicible" side quest in Torgue's, and I only got half his shield down by the time I died from corrosion damage.

Anyone thinking of getting Anarchy Reigns? The game from Platinum Games that's primarily an online beat-em up, which I guess has characters from MadWorld. $30 isn't a bad price, and it oozes that "Platinum" style.

Hell to the yes! I'm kinda annoyed that I'll have to pre-order through gamestop to get some of that unlockable stuff though, but eh I'm just looking forward to having some badass fun.

It's a good thing you told me about the pre-order stuff AC. I was going to use Amazon, but having Bayonetta and two other Game Modes is definitely worth consideration.

Drove for 4 hours, and literally the slowest part of the entire trip was wasting another half hour at red lights in town. SO TIRED!

I never played the previous Devil May Cry games, but the "DmC" demo was pretty good (IMO), even with the "FU, FU, FU, FU" boss battle dialog. I didn't expect it, but January will probably finish off my gift card from Christmas.

The demo itself felt a bit underwhelming to me, but the combat felt like Devil May Cry, so I didn't have a problem with that aspect. Hopefully the campaign is more interesting than those two levels were.
I've been hearing rumors that the buzz from people with review copies is very positive, so I'm optimistic.

I think most people are upset by the fact that it's being made by non-Japanese people. Also that Dante is less feminine. Hes less of an anime character. I frankly dont care, the demo had deep gameplay and a cheesy as fuck story - 2 things that Japanese games excel at. I think this game will turn out just fine.

Maybe a firmware update could resolve this issue, if true? I dunno, and it's moments like this (previously Friend Codes) that make me say, "Nintendo, it's alright if you follow suit with Sony and Microsoft. Lord knows how they've done so to you in the past."

Good on ya, just don't expect the New Game+ to be any true fun since enemies don't level with you. Some time in the future we'll be getting that Dark Arisen DLC!

Amazon Locker seems cool, especially for me who usually has to harass someone to receive anything that can't fit in a mailbox. Sadly, no locations we found anywhere I've called "home."

I used it when it was in beta and it was pretty cool. Definitely useful if you don't want stuff delivered to your home.
