  1. Pics or it didn't happen. It stopped here and I'm waiting on my boss to call me so I can go in. We had a major IT incident so we're pulling different shifts and stuff. If I don't hear from him I'm leaving in like 10 minutes on my own.
  2. Snow day for me. I could lose that precious 4 hours overtime I got last night. :-(

  3. Or wear pajama shoes and no pants! I'm still at work as of 20 of 9. >_< OT is great but I am tired and want to get home. I've been here 12.5 hours already! *facedesk* No snow yet here in Western MA.
  4. She's not ugly but I don't find her pretty. It might be the makeup but I just can't stand her smile. She has something very Caesar Romero as the Joker in there that frightens me.
  5. I'm actually waiting for this game: All kidding aside I absolutely LOVED Marvel vs Capcom 2 and Capcom vs SNK on my Dreamcast. I not royally suck at MvC2 which is a bit odd as I used to be so good at it. What I loved about vs SNK was the tiered system. I think that made it a lot more balanced than MvC2.
  6. To me the soundtrack is akin to the new extras and such. I would've paid $30 but I'm at CAG enough that I never pay full price for a game. Anything more than $30 and I would've been pissed. I find it a bit humorous at how angry people are with Mario All Stars. From its announcement people bitched you could buy Mario 1-3+USA for $21 via the Wii shop channel. Okay, fine: throw in a CD and neat book for a collectors' item and you have your $30 price point. Now if Nintendo had included Mario World 1&2 and Mario 64, a more comprehensive book and CD and maybe even a DVD or something I would've gladly paid $50. They could've done more but I'm not complaining about what I got.
  7. See I thought the game was awesome. VJ2 was a phoned in sequel but still fun as well.
  8. This should be pretty self explanatory: How do you store your games and accessories? Personally my current and last gen games are on shelves in the living room. My previous generation games are packed away at my parents' house. :'( (yeah, I miss my NES) Also pictures if you have them. We like pictures.
  9. Not me, I'm an angel like this:
  10. 3D Dot Game Heroes is awesome and a better way to spend the day than working. So is there something else on Slithy's mind today? :-P
  11. I'm a HUGE film snob but I will concede that other people have different scales of good to great. Good is below Great and Masterpieces on my scale.
  12. I'm really hoping it doesn't come to that. I don't want to use vacation time to sit at home watching Maury tell some loser that he's not the father.
  13. I had a coupon to Target's cafeteria. So ... a hot dog and popcorn for me
  14. Maybe his Cornell degree is in Agriculture?
  15. Super Paper Mario for me. I'm up to chapter 3-4 so it's been fun so far. My fiancee is back playing Final Fantasy 13.
  16. I'm robotrumpus and I don't game online a lot but if you want to kick my ass in Marvel vs Capcom 2 I'm up for that anytime. Really, I seem to have forgotten everything I used to know about that game. I was king on the Dreamcast but I suck at it now. T_T
  17. Got this cheap on eBay. It's a region 2 disc but I have a region free player and can view PAL discs. My childhood called and I could not resist: Series 1 was released in the US but not S2.
  18. Indeed and while some consider it Marilyn's best movie, I really prefer River of No Return. As for me, I recently saw: Captain Salvation. It's a drama from 1927 starring Lars Hanson. It was a very good film and evident of what could make it through in pre-code Hollywood with subject matter that wouldn't be seen for another 30-40 years!
  19. It should be called catsup bot.
  20. Nintendo NOT rehashing the same stuff over and over to pry a few more coins from the dedicated gamers pockets? Where have you been for the past decade? Nintendo seems to pride itself on releasing something, then releasing a superior product six months down the road. In a few years, there will be the Mario Brothers 30th anniversary edition with the "left out" Super Mario World. My question is, how is this any different from any other medium? 1.) Disney released films on VHS 2.) Disney released better versions on Laserdisc 3.) Disney released even better versions on DVD 4.) Disney took more of my money with the Blu-Rays. Mario All Stars was well worth the $20 after coupon that I paid for it. I have a copy and my sisters have a copy. They apparently have put hours and hours into it and play it most every day. I understand there could have been more but it was apparently enough for most people. :-/ Now had Mario All Stars come with SMB 1-3 + SMBUSA + SMW 1&2 AND the CD and a figurine or something and only cost $30 people would still complain. Oh well.
  21. Actually that's one series I am keeping. My collection used to be very huge (and it still is!) but I am parting with a lot of it little by little.
  22. Because his idol posts feature pictures of boobs and people like boobs. Sure they are fake but boobs nonetheless. There will also be bad teeth and flat butts if you're into that. Gamerz with a Z! I will agree on that although I do think there is a healthy mix these days. Besides, I like to think there are more new Japanophiles popping up. They buy my old anime DVDs from when I was a young man who didn't know any better.
  23. Favorite Books? Sure! 1.) The Bible (the King James translation is my favorite as it is much more poetic) 2.) The Railway Series by Rev. Wilbur Awdry (and the Christopher Awdry ones as well) 3.) All four Pooh books by A. A. Milne 4.) The Lost World by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (Prof Challenger >> Sherlock Holmes) 5.) The Wind in the Willows - Kenneth Graham Funny that four out of 5 are English in origin and the first is an English translation. I'm not saying that Americans can't write great books (far from it; they wrote some fantastic books) but my favorites are British.
