Going into it I thought I was going to hate the demons, but I actually ended up not minding them too much. Anyway, good mid-tier game, I enjoyed it enough to get all the achievements.

Finished two games today. AC: Syndicate: Jack the Ripper DLC: Pretty good, and I liked the fear mechanic. I feel like about halfway through I just kinda was mentally done with the whole AC thing, since I played this immediately after the Maharaja DLC, which I played immediately after the main game, and as a result didn't enjoy it as much as I otherwise would have. That's not the DLC's fault though, and I did like that it actually changed some stuff up and wasn't just more of the main game. Pneuma: Breath of Life: Good enough puzzle game, if a little on the easy side. It had a point it was trying to make that I felt was heavy handed while at the same time not really making its point well, if that even makes sense, but it really only comes into play in the last 5 minutes so it doesn't really detract from the rest of the game. Solid 3/5.

Why'd you refund Korra? It wasn't amazing but it was fun enough.

@GOH: There were a lot of games last gen that did installs, this gen literally every game installs all its data to the HDD (barring WiiU), the disc is essentially just a CD-check like old PC games.

All games will be BC on Neo, but beginning in October all PS4 games released must have a separate Neo executable that runs at a native resolution of at least 1080p and performs as well as or better than the PS4 classic code. So basically the same disc will work in both consoles, but if you stick it in a Neo it'll run a different exe. Devs can patch their games released prior to that to also support the special Neo mode, but if they don't it'll just run it in the regular PS4 classic mode. *Edit - Link to my post in the PS4 thread where I explained it better and more fully.

Are people excited about it? It seems weird, but it kind of makes sense considering the rumors that NX will be a console/handheld hybrid.

Devs are required to support Neo in all games released from October on, so that heavily implies it's launching in October or shortly thereafter.

Well I just checked gambling odds at a bunch of places, because historically that's the most accurate indicator of presidential outcomes, and currently they have the odds between Clinton and Trump ~70/30 in favor of Clinton. Dear lord I hope that bears out. *Edit - Thing thing I read about it was around the 2012 election, but essentially they believe the reason they're so much more accurate is because people have actual money riding on it and they do a better job of taking into account things like voter suppression and that kind of stuff that's kind of outside the normal method of polls+likely turnout.

I fervently hope, but have very little actual confidence, that Clinton will beat Trump in the general.

I have a Logitech G500 that I like a lot. The closest thing to a problem is it has buttons that can turn the sensitivity up and down between 5 programmable presets, and sometimes they get hit accidentally so my cursor is too fast or slow, but it only happens once in a blue moon and is super easy to fix by just hitting the button again.
