Here's an interesting graph (from Wikipedia): It looks like up through WWII the perception that Democrats spend and Republicans cut back was fairly accurate, but after that it kind of breaks down. *Edit* - To be clear that's debt and not spending, and the debt can also be lowered by increasing revenue rather than decreasing spending. Another trend I'm noticing is that it seems that during good economic times (20's, 50's-60's, 90's) the debt tends to come down, and during bad times (30's, now) and major wars (WWI, WWII) it tends to go up. There is that 80's increase that seems to go against that though.

Especially considering that under Clinton we were running a surplus (yes I realize the economy was doing a lot better then too). *Edit* - That was @Sporkwaffles.

After beating Mass Effect 3 for the second time, I think I'm finally burnt out on it. Leaning toward maybe doing DX:HR next.

I saw someone earlier today playing a Quarian infiltrator with a shotgun. It was surprisingly effective. It takes a second to decloak after firing, so you can use that second to run away (like I do when I res people... my Infiltrator is the designated main healer among my friends). Run up close, blast them, then gtfo before you're decloaked.

I think the best thing about it is that it can shoot through Guardians' shields.

Yeah, of course it does, that's how they lock you in a Skinner Box. Especially since you can buy the packs with real money.

Okay, that's what I've been buying. @HotHeart: I did it. It resets the whole class (all races) to level 1, and gives you 75 War Assets in single player.. Totally not worth it, imo.

What's the best pack to buy to unlock Asari Adept or Krogan Soldier?

I have every vanguard race unlocked and my vanguard is level 8 without me having played vanguard even once. I just want an asari adept.
