The way it was phrased I thought something else was meant - I don't thing microsoft bundling IE (they didn't actually restrict you from using other products?) isn't as bad as what Apple are doing with its apps.
I thought R__ meant Microsoft actually tried to stop other people's programs working the way apple does.
that's... bleak, R__
What does "It used to be Microsoft that wanted only their own products to work online, and for a time they were successful." refer to?
Yeah, sorry, I could have made that clearer.
EDIT: by that I mean I'd like opinions from people who've read Let the right one in by lindqvist. It's only £1.01 though so I may just get it.
Glad you didn't turn it into a 'is cartoon offensive' response! I did wonder what I should put and did type Bollywood originally but deleted it as I didn't know if it was considered a derisory term.
See, that's why Apple genuinely deserve to be hated - I won't be surprised if they start suing phone companies with front facing cameras now they've finally got around to implementing video calls - sorry face time.
Didn't they say the PS2 had a 10 year life cycle even though a large part of it overlapped with the PS3? So 10 years doesn't necessarily mean they'll wait 10 years to release a new console, just that they'll support their current one for 10 years.
Don't know if this is the right place for this so apologies in advance.
They've made the Under Siege: First Encounter comic free as an apology for the game being late.
Spotify is changing its free service by cutting the number of hours you can listen per month in half from 20 to 10. It is also reducing the number of times you can listen to a track from unlimited to 5 times per month.

They're really hoping to push you onto the premium service! My worry is they will start tiering their paid services once they completely cripple the free version.
