It's worth that for sure. Even if its just to see how it looks.

And now it's on sale for $5 on PSN.

      Holy crap it's £35 over here :/

  2. #fortheplayers #britainsbestsellinggamesconsole #inafieldof2 I enjoyed the first one, but I was willing to let some of its iffy aspects slide as, well I desperately wanted something good on my £250 Vita. I'm not sure I'm going to be quite as lenient on them this time around. Guess I'll be waiting for a sale.
  3. Oxenfree and Sara is Missing Sara Is Missing was a short mobile game I played in bed. You have to work out where Sara is...because she's missing. I dunno, it was fine. Oxenfree was great though. Atmospheric, creepy and even occasionally funny. The first 2 hours promises things the game doesn't quite deliver, but its still really cool. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  4. In arcade and quick play I see an awful lot of Ana, a fair amount of Lucio and barely any Mercy. Am I the only one still playing Overwatch? I just got a promotion (I now have a star next to my name - yay for validating my wasted time), and I'm playing an awful lot of Arcade.
  5. Shadow Warrior 2. They've turned it into some awful Borderlands type game with bad loot, bullet sponge enemies and repetitive maps. What the fuck happened?
  6. Didn't that already end? Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  7. I've been waiting for this to drop in price for 2 years. Looks like £7 is as cheap as I'm likely to get it for a while.
  8. I've adopted the '30 minutes strategy'. I'll give a game that length of time to show me something, anything that might interest me and if it fails to do that, I dump it into the dark, dead, pit of despair that is my 'Not Gonna Happen' category. I've also realised there's no way I can play all the video games, as soon as I became okay with that I stopped buying games I knew I wasn't going to bother with. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  9. I'm a little hard right now. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  10. I've heard so much about Effect and Cause and Clockwork Mansion that I'm almost annoyed I didn't get a chance to play through both Titanfall and Dishonored 2 before writing my list. As for Hitman, I'm bad at Stealth but the way the Giantbomb crew talk about it, I kinda want to take a run at it. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  11. Everything is above, or at the recommended level, I just don't think the game is particularly well built. I've got my refund, I'm still excited to play it but I'd rather play it on my console without having to worry about optimising it. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  12. For whatever reason, I always assumed she was older. A great loss to both Star Wars and the wider world. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  13. A massive fan of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy I might check that out. I also believe the BBC did had a one episode run with the guy from The Green Wing, that seemed fun; didn't get picked up though. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  14. Rogue Galaxy is great too. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  15. Feel free to not use images, I just thought it made everything a little prettier. Game of the Year: Overwatch How could it be anything else? I finally got my level 100 star a few days ago, and despite me almost universally hating online games, I've put close to 80 years into Overwatch. Disappointment of the Year: The Division The Division had so much unfulfilled potential, and whilst its new DLC might fix some of that, it's too little, too late for me. Surprise of the Year: Ratchet and Clank I'd never played a Ratchet game, and with it being 2016 I thought I never would. However Ratchet and Clank was a fine return to a genre I thought we'd seen the last of. Hopefully, this game can change that. Favourite Moment in a Game: ABZU I didn't love ABZU, but the final five to ten minutes entirely changed my opinion on the game. It's beautiful, emotional and just down right awesome. I got chills, I laughed and I may even have cried. Thanks ABZU. Most Anticipated in 2017: Mass Effect Andromeda I loved the first trilogy (yes, even the third game), and I can't wait to jump back in with Andromeda. Sure it looks a little samey, but more Mass Effect is fine to me.
  16. I just requested a refund on Steam. 70 minutes in and whilst the game isn't the horrible mess it was at launch, it stills runs poorly on my PC (it shouldn't be this bad) and I'll grab it on my PS4 when the price lowers. Game looked like ass, I had this annoying frame rate issue and everything looked blurry or completely out of focus for the majority of the time. Poor. Maybe it'll look better when I'm sat 10 feet away from my telebox, either way, for now I'm utterly disappointed.
  17. Couldn't decide on Motorsport Manager or Quantum Break so I decided to save what's left of my steam credit.
  18. So this is weird. I'd like to thank Hitler (Saturnine Tenshi) for the wonderful gift of Shadow Warrior 2. Eeew Seriously though, thanks very very much. I'm going to dive head first into this as soon as Christmas is out of the way.
  19. PC? Are Amazon offering Origin codes now?
  20. So did anyone pick up Steep? Asking for a friend.

Did it get good reviews? I love downhill-em-ups and not had one for ages.

    2. TheMightyEthan

I haven't really played one since Amped. I'd like another like that.

  21. Steam ID/Wishlist/Country (in case of regional restrictions): Wishlist General criteria: What are your favorite genres? For PC, First Person Shooters, light strategy games (nothing by Paradox thank you) and indie games that offer something a little off the beaten path. I love games that task me with making decisions. What are your favorite games? Destiny, Overwatch, Knights of the Old Republic, Mass Effect, The Witcher 2, Tearaway, Mario Kart Double Dash. Will you take games not on your wishlist? Chances are, if it's not on my wishlist then I've already decided I'm not interested in it. Any other information you think relevant? Seeing as this is largely a PC thing, I'd prefer games that I won't be returning to over and over again. Preferable something short, less than 10 hours with a definite end point. Racing games, open world RPG's and games I tend to play daily (Overwatch, Destiny etc etc are played on my Sofa, with a controller). I'll play anything, aside from rouge likes, because fuck that. I'm not really into multiplayer focused games or Metroidvania games.
  22. MINE A real shame my 'challenge' level is in the gutter. I'm just not remotely interested in having to work hard for something in a video game, this is likely why I bounce off of Destiny when the going gets grindy.
  23. I'm one of the people who thinks it's silly to delay a game sighting day 1 patches as a reason when you know for a fact that they're gonna issue a patch inside the first few days anyway.
