  1. Something similar to Rocket Leagues video replay would be cool. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  2. This is my favourite new thing in games. I'm far from a great player, but even I can feel like a badass when I get it right. That's what this game does so well. As someone who isn't into online multiplayer because I feel like I'm going to suck and ruin it for everyone else, Overwatch highlights the good and doesn't embarrass you if you have a bad game. There's no real pressure to be godlike. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  3. Firstly, great play. You can't teach that kind of skill. Secondly, am I the only one that thinks the play of the game music is basically the core Avengers theme?
  4. So, did anyone grab it? Wouldn't mind jumping into a group and 'beating some fools'. Just joking, I'm bad at Overwatch.
  5. Social commentary is fine and good, poorly written scripts and piss poor plots are not. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  6. It really makes you wonder just how much work Peter Jackson put into District 9. Both Elysium and Chappie have been completely forgettable. He's got that style over substance thing going on, and it's a real shame.
  7. I had to rewatch Chappie. I think its time we stop letting Neil Blomkamp write movies. As per with a Blomkamp film, it looks fantastic; great setting, style etc etc...but the writing is awful and the plot makes next to no sense. Why is Sigourney Weaver in this?
  8. The Division. Its a total snooze fest. Maybe I should have expected that playing solo, but I doubt I'd find it much more interesting with friends. Its just boring. The loot is boring, the missions are boring and the world is... You guessed it, boring. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  9. Half Priced tickets? Where are you seeing films to get half priced tickets? Best we can do is Odeon Limitless or Vue's Super Tuesday at 1/3 off. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  10. Tried to get into Elite Dangerous a few months back, let's just say I wasn't entirely successful. As much as I wanted to invest time into the game, there's just too much going on for me to wrap my tiny human brain around. Not to mention the frankly insane time needed to learn and perfect the systems. I'm hoping No Mans Sky might be a more accessible version of this, maybe.. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  11. Captain America Civil War It was setting up to be another solid entry into the Marvel world. And then we got the airport stuff. That takes it to another level. Everything after that was some of my favourite MCU stuff to date. Loved the introductions of new characters, especially Blank Panther who I'm really excited about seeing more of. Spiderman is Spiderman, although I think I might actually have some interest in seeing a solo Spidey film this time. I even had some sympathy for the villain, not something I ever expected to feel in a Marvel movie. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  12. Ratchet and Clank. Its fun. Sometimes thats all I want from a game.
  13. Just finished The Banner Saga 2. Great follow up that improves upon the original in almost all aspects. The ending comes a little..suddenly, and there are certain aspects of the combat that I still find a little perplexing but on the whole, it's a great little game. Roll on 2034 when Banner Saga 3 finally hits.
  14. Who's going to buy this thing if they've already got a PS4 and developers aren't incentivised to really use the new hardware? Of course Ethan forgot about Tearaway Unfolded. Heartless bastard. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  15. Nope, it ran perfectly for me. Did you get it via steam or go the Windows 10 Store route? Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  16. Kind of a shitty way to treat people that you'll eventually want to buy that new console though isn't it? Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  17. So maybe I'm crazy, but I can't help but feel they've done a bad job of telling us what they're all fighting for. I know they need to keep plot points to a minimum (and the marketing has been pretty great so far), but how the hell am I supposed to pick a side when I have no idea what they're fighting for? Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  18. Gotta think they'd give users who've bought a PS4 in the last few months an option to upgrade for a reduced fee. I think the Giant Bomb guys were talking about 'send in your ps4 and $200 and we'll send you a Neo'. If you've had your PS4 since launch, well then fuck you? Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  19. I know what they mean, it'd just be nice if they'd use a more...logical date. 90% of the planet isn't located in California, despite what tech companies might believe. Its downloading now. It'll be done by 10pm. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  20. You know what I hate? When companies say we're getting something on the (example) 12th of April only to then wait until Noon Pacific time before finally pushing the upload button. I know they're technically correct, but come on guys. Rant aside, is anyone planning on getting back into Destiny when the new update drops?
  21. Batman v Superman. I enjoyed it, faults and all. I'll watch it again upon release, same with MoS and most 'Comic Book Movies'.
  22. More so the generic robot fights than the Hugh Laurie plot points. I enjoyed the portal aspect, but it all felt a little too contrived.
  23. You know, I thought Hugh Laurie's character made an awful lot of sense. It felt like they decided they needed a 'Villain' and forced that role onto him. The film itself is alright. Really enjoyed the opening 40 or so minutes; the final 20 is a bit of a mess. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
  24. I had the horrifying realisation yesterday that all of my hobbies are enjoyed in front of a screen.

  25. Taken out of context, this looks like the campest thing I've ever seen.
