  1. I had the horrifying realisation yesterday that all of my hobbies are enjoyed in front of a screen.

  2. Taken out of context, this looks like the campest thing I've ever seen.
  3. I've got Humble/Steam codes for: Nuclear Throne Renowned Explorers: International Society NOVA 111 Avalanche 2: Super Avalanche. In other news; thinking of canceling the Humble Monthly sub.
  4. Steve Jobs Not sure what people were smoking when seeing this, I genuinely thought it was great. Went in expecting to hate it (thanks critics) but I can't fault it. Arguably one of my favourite films of 2015
  5. I'm still a little unsure about it, but if it can live up to that trailer I think I'll be happy.
  6. Yeah I'll be back. Still think they need to change the fundamental way in which the game handles match making but until that happens, I guess new content will do the job.
  7. It looks like the Vita and the Reddit logo got together for a night of hot passion and 9 months later this thing slid out.
  8. Daniel, please keep in mind, since you are someone with a Tearaway avatar, I have nothing but the utmost respect for you. Ok that said, I really, really, really hate the complaint that The Witcher 3 is too big, too daunting, there's too much to do. That simply isn't true. You can very easily only playthrough the main storyline and it'll be no longer than the average game. CD Project Red shouldn't be criticized for offering too much content in their games, especially when so much of it is optional. "It's too repetitive, boring, missions lack variety", etc etc is all fine criticism but offering too much content should never be a negative. Just my two cents!I finished Witcher 3 and enjoyed my time doing it, but I think the way in which most people play games likely prevents them from experiencing everything the game has to offer. I've heard so many people say they put the game down for a week or two to play something else, and then found it difficult to pick it back up again. I'm far from criticising the game for it's depth of content, they should be praised for filling it with so much good content; but at the same time that is going to prevent people from finishing it. *edit Let's talk about Tearaway some more yeah?
  9. Okay so I've had this issue on and off for the last 3-4 years. Basically, I'll be using a window in Windows 7 when suddenly and without warning i'll be unable to do anything in that window until I mouse click on it. It's like the window itself is being Alt+tabbed away, only without actually moving away. It's done it whilst I typed this up. The window is completely useless until I activate it by pressing on it with my mouse. Highly annoying is what it is. Doesn't happen all the time though, maybe 2 times in 20 times I start the machine up, but it's like that until I shut it down again. Any ideas?
  10. I feel like they did a disservice to the actual case by being so one sided. It's very obviously bias to one side, and it sort of puts the entire doc on shaky ground, but maybe it doesn't work if we know the full facts? That same sense of outrage certainly wouldn't be evident. I'll say this. The prosecution fucked the case up in so many ways that they almost got a guilty man off through sheer incompetence.
  11. Witcher 3 is a fine game, but I (and I don't think I'm alone here) think Witcher 2 is the pinnacle of that series from a gameplay and story perspective. Witcher 3 is almost too much game, it's too daunting.
  12. Isn't it a mute point until Sony also allows it on their end? Congrats you are allowing us to do something that is entirely based on someone else's ability to let us do the same thing.
  13. Every time I think I'm more excited for BatvSup this films marketing pulls me back in line. Well done Marvel.
  14. I've not paid £40 for a new game in a decade BTW.
  15. I wasn't too interested in it before the beta, and the beta itself ended up putting me off further. So um, thanks Ubisoft.
  16. Super Hot Safe to say this is likely to finish the year as one of my favorites. It's new, original and extremely satisfying. Main 'campaign' only took me 2-3 hours (one sitting), but I'll be diving back into the various challenges and arena modes that I've just unlocked.
  17. Didn't they recently get into some hot water for buying dodgy codes?
  18. I imagine they take less of a cut from each sale than the likes of Steam, and they buy the codes in bulk so they can lower the price on the consumer end? Either way, I've been using them for years and never had any trouble. I think you can buy without worrying about them pulling a GMG on you.
  19. If you don't mind buying from a 3rd party, I got it for £26 on CD keys. Code worked perfectly and was emailed to me twenty seconds later. http://www.cdkeys.com/pc/games/rise-of-the-tomb-raider-pc-cd-key-steam
  20. Aside from internet nerds, is there really a market for Beyond Good and Evil? I'm sure it'd be a good game, but is it going to bring enough back to make it worth Nintendo's money? Didn't Bayonetta perform poorly as well?
  21. It's my Birthday today, so I've treated myself to three games I've been holding off on getting since release. All on PC.
