I'm assuming you mean post-launch? So, pretend to turn it off now to sell more units at launch, then turn it back on later? That would just be begging for some massive class-action lawsuit, no?
I'm not sure that's illegal. You know that will be in the ToS/U.
Plenty of stouts do actually taste like chocolate. Porters are closer to coffee. Also, there's such a thing as a light IPA. I've had a 4% one that I would describe as light, crisp, and refreshing.
How do you even know it's good? It's not like it's going to actually taste like anything they drink in the books or the show.
For that, see the previously mentioned article.
I'm waiting for someone to crack this thing open and see what is and isn't replaceable. If you look at the page on the Apple site it shows some parts coming out of the case when it opens and they show you the various parts of it.
For those who aren't going to bother watching: You use it when you're not playing the game. Or your body does. Both to aid you... and to fuck with you if they choose. It's an opt-in feature for the player who is playing in-game. Sounds pretty cool, really. Not intended as a time-sink or a major feature.
iOS7 & OSX 10.9 (Mavericks)
Was pretty significant on the tech blogs.
edit: Also Macbook Airs with Haswell chips for insane battery life. 12 hours. Read The Verge's latest article on them if you don't believe me.
edit edit: Chips not cheaps. Though MBAs probably are the best deal in Ultrabooks.
Considering one of the selling points is that you as the player can point an empty gun at enemies to scare them and they've played up the enemy AI I don't think it's far-fetched for an enemy to do the same.
An informed gamer might care more about exclusives and the series they like more than DRM at the end of the day. You assume everyone not only shares the same opinion but that they will act in according to that opinion. Insert classic image of the "Boycott MW2" steam group where half the people were playing MW2.
Is anyone actually thinking the Xbox One will bomb? What is your criteria for that? I can see it doing well in the US and a few other areas. It will be hard to gauge if it's doing well or not since it's meant to deliver far more than games. It doesn't have to sell as many consoles as the PS4 to be successful. In terms of total hardware I can see them being in a comfortable second-place position.
