What, from Reddit? The Last of US AMA had the AI designer and he pointed out people should try playing the game first before deciding since the whole point of the AI is that it's different for everyone.
That's under the assumption that they wanted to do it as a series. They didn't know how successful it would be so they wanted a movie that stood up on its own.
I don't think that part was cheesy because they were all just kids showing off their powers. It works within the context of the movie just fine. The final act didn't seem very silly.
It wasn't cheesy, the writing was better than all of the other movies, the acting was better, they do a better job at making you relate to the characters.
I'm not sure what you mean by neither. They have ideological differences and Xavier seems like the type who can still respect someone on the other side.
Do you count not having your marketing/PR together in regards to it feeling rushed? When you're launching a console you're doing a lot of things at once so I definitely think that marketing is part of it. Also, wasn't there a report of it having to be underclocked?
