GTAV officially got a Spring 2013 release date, but no mention of PC in the official release. That bodes ill.

Yeah, I did too. I do know that you pilot a jet in at least one level of the singleplayer campaign, I have no idea about multiplayer though.

BAH! You tell Amazon: Card Number + Billing Address Amazon tells bank: I have this card number with this billing address. Bank says: that billing address doesn't match, it might be a fake charge, I'm not approving it. Seriously, I have had this happen to me before when I moved and updated my address with the bank but didn't update my billing address on the site I'm trying to buy from.

Metal said that Amazon was telling him he needed a US billing address to buy it. Sometimes if the billing address you enter on the site doesn't match the address the bank has they won't let the charge through. I've had it happen (after moving and not getting everything properly updated).

@Atom: I agree with most of what you said. The only reason I think it should matter at all is that the President is going to have to interact with other nations and if those other nations all hate him that will harm America in trying to deal with them.

Because of this: I don't even necessarily plan to play it any time soon, if at all, but I want to support that kind of attitude. Fight piracy by making people actually want to buy your game and support you rather than by treating your customers like thieves.

To be fair, going to "start" to "shut down" is counter-intuitive, though it's a lot simpler than the Win8 method. And while I know that brightness was just an example, I'll say that I have no idea how to adjust brightness on Win7, or WinXP, or any previous windows with or without a hotkey, but it's never been an issue before. Shutdown is something I use daily.
