  1. I still have some time left in the Demo. I'll try and play it some more, but I don't know... Is it bad that I got insanely bored by the dialog in the first village?
  2. I played a bit beyond the tutorial and it didn't really grab me... Felt like a Dragon Age/Single-player WoW. I'd likely nab it on some daily deal, but I wasn't really grabbed by the beginning of it.
  3. Coke > Pepsi. If you don't agree, your opinion sucks and you have no taste. True story.

New Coke was Coca-Cola Company admitting that Pepsi tastes better. I noticed that Diet Pepsi tasted different in the UK than its American version (Pepsi Max was drastically different too) By the way, you must all try Moxie. It will turn you into a New Englander faster than anything.

I'm on the Pepsi side, but Coca-Cola has an image Pepsi can't quite replicate. As Battra said, Coca-Cola basically admitted to Pepsi being the superior by listening to Pepsi's taste test spot where more people picked Pepsi. New Coke came to be and consumers got pissed. They cared more for the history and tradition than taste.

  4. http://www.siliconera.com/2012/01/19/who-else-is-making-resident-evil-6/ I liked Resident Evil 4, but Resident Evil 5 was literally the same only smaller with co-op and no Stranger :/ I hope RE6 is better.
  5. I take back what I said about Dustforce. The game is just shit at explaining things :/

  6. Key difference between Super Meat Boy and Dustforce: SMB teaches you how to play it through its levels. Dustforce throws you into some insane environments only like 3 levels in.

  7. It was 3AM when I bought it. I'll give it a whirl tomorrow for sure and post something.
  8. You are. It's a forum. Aren't we all? I leave this thread defeated. Well played.
  9. I know gameplay balance is overrated, but it breaks so much the farther you're in Skyrim that I just can't bring myself to play. Which is funny, because I was overpowered in Morrowind as well, yet I still found it interesting. Probably because your own items weren't as powerful as the ones you found exploring.
  10. That's why I scrapped every character I played thusfar. The game becomes boring :/
  11. Well, I got all red rings, S rank on all stages and all challenges done. Now I only need two more achievements, one of which is bugged for a ton of people, me included :/
  12. I'm currently in the process of trying to get 100% of Sonic Generations. Need an S rank on two more stages, but at least I've finished all the challenges. Getting the red rings is gonna be hell, though.
  13. I didn't mind the cart ride and/or character creation that much (although it wasn't the best choice). What bothered me the most was the first "choice" you had between following the Stormcloak and the Imperial guy. I mean, why would you join the Imperials over anything short of Dremora? What makes it worse was that when I followed the Imperial guy because I wanted to see how things looked then, I liked him much more than the Stormcloak companion.
  14. I see what you did there.

  16. I really wish you would learn to use spoiler tags, Atomsk.
  17. I wasn't really impressed with Skyrim's opening. I think Bethesda did a far better job with Fallout 3.
  18. I watched the pilot episodes yesterday to see what all the fuss was about. I'm not sure I'll set aside the time to watch more of the show, but I can see why people enjoy it. It seems like a quality cartoon.
  19. Because nobody ever laughed at a joke you made, but rather always judged you and told you to shut up? Because after 47 pages, nobody even suspected you might have been a pirate? And because after the Witcher 2 statement, people are finding it harder to take you seriously in this thread? Plus, that whole joke was "I have nothing to say, lemme make a funny unrelated to anything that has been said here."
  20. People knew it was a joke, they just didn't think it was funny. Deal with it.
  21. Thought this might warrant reading again, since it was almost a year ago since Dean linked it in this thread (and we keep going in circles anyway): http://www.escapistmagazine.com/articles/view/issues/issue_94/525-Playground-Piracy
  22. I once killed a dragon... then I got eaten by a bear 5 minutes later.
  23. The problem is that you don't need official mod support to make mods. When it hits the PC, people will be making mods right off the bat. Might as well enable it for them right off the bat. Plus, easy to make any games with modded gameplay not work online.
