Speaking of EA (sort of): The WiiU is crap.Less powerful than an XBOX360.Poor online/store.Weird tablet.Nintendo are walking dead at this point. Sony, MS, Apple, Google all following the same playbook … standard, powerful, hardware, with focus on software and services. Nintendo are still operating like it’s 1990.They should have “done a Sega” and offered Mario/Zelda as PS4/Durango exclusives. apparently EA are getting rid of their online pass. I'm assuming the only reason they would get rid of it is if it didn't make them money, rather than actually listening to customer feedback. Since they spearheaded online passes do you think that this will also lead to the practice becoming obsolete industry-wide?

If you want to collect the squares you should play through it with the commentary on - I found it interesting enough to listen to to play the whole game again, something I don't normally do. Incidentally, does anyone know what happens if you buy DLC for a PSN+ game when your subscription runs out? Seems odd if you couldn't use something you paid for.

One thing I do like about Windows Phone is the way it handles games - they're all launched from within the games app which has the achievements and game requests in it (sounds like google's practically copied it wholesale, tbh) so they're not cluttering up your app list. It works really well.

what are you going to grow? If it wants to feed on your blood it's probably best not to start down that route.

another thing that's super annoying is sellers pulling their items - either because they're selling it somewhere else too or (what I think is more common) they're not getting the price they wanted for it. eBay should have some sort of way of notifying buyers if a seller habitually pulls their auctions. I've missed out on stuff I've not bid on because I've already had a bid on a similar item that got pulled. More grrr.

last 5 mins? I've been outbid in the last 5 seconds of an auction. Several times. I effing hate ebay. I could have a whole thread about how dumb ebay is. Half the stuff is used and still dearer than buying new from an actual shop that will have a guarantee and you'll definitely get the product. who is bidding those prices?!

I hate on (shopping) websites when you click on the next page of results and it stays scrolled to the bottom of the page. grrr.

A fan sent this in to Nintendo UK when wind waker came out in 2003. They've still got it 10 years later and just posted the photo on FB to inspire people to send photos of their Zelda crafts. It gives me warm fuzzies to think they kept it all this time (or at all, tbh).
