I see. I guess I was just lucky then. I'd be surprised if Sony doesn't extend the sale a few days once psn is back to normal. I mean they are obviously aware of what's happening. Ending the sale while psn is down would just mean the hackers win. Plus, EVERYONE would be super pissed at them.

I bought it on my PS4. Mind you, this was in the wee hours of the morning, so maybe those dumbass hackers all went to bed or something. I dunno. I assumed that the network was just fixed now.

Wolfenstein is awesome. I recommend playing on uber, as it forces you to really make use of the cover and lean mechanics. Of course if you just want to go full Rambo on a lower difficulty it's still pretty good.

Does the first person mode make much difference? If I already beat the game once, is there enough in the remaster to make it worth playing a second time?

So uh, I just downloaded and played the first episode of this game. Pretty good game so far. Well written and intense.

Bayonetta 2 is a strong contender that hasn't been mentioned. So is Super Smash Bros. It wasn't a very good year for games though, except for the Wii U.

How is Persona Q? I love Persona but I'm not so sure about these dungeon crawlers where you have to draw your own maps. It just sounds so tedious.

That thing about there being one main town for half of the game makes me raise an eyebrow.

I personally consider every foreign hack an act of war, both by us and by other countries. That said, everyone knows that sometimes you just have to pick your battles. If we started a military conflict over every spying incident we'd be living in the Warhammer universe.

I know it's usually possible to get rid of that crap on the PC by finagling with the config file or something, but it shouldn't be a thing in the first place, especially since it's unavoidable on consoles. If all these people are so hellbent on showing their unskippable logo EVERY SINGLE TIME you boot up the game, they should at least be willing to share screen space with other logos to condense that shit down. Making me sit through a bunch of stupid little animations is extremely obnoxious.
