I also think HD Wind Waker looks beautiful. The New Zelda comments this morning were interesting. Out of order dungeons? Awesome. Potential multi-player? Not awesome.

Sucks we have to wait for fall. It'd be nice if would just do a package of Wind Waker / Twilight Princes / maybe Skyward Sword, like the God of War/Sly/Ico/Jak collections. But it's Nintendo, so they'll probably charge full retail price for Wind Waker alone. And I'll buy it, because I'm a chump like that.

HEY! My predictions were right! Wind Waker, a GCN game is coming in HD, and the Wii U virtual console will launch with Gamepad support. Also: apparently GBA games are going to the Wii U VC (but not the 3DS?) which is a step in the right direction of getting DS games. Also also: we won't have to pay full price to transfer Wii VC console games to the Wii U part of the system. I don't get that, at all. I mean I guess it's better than paying 5 dollars for Super Metroid again but if they can track our purchases why do we have to pay again at all? Besides, you know.... greed. Surely there's not that much programming to add Gamepad support?

As big of a PlayStation fan as I am, I just really don't care about God of War. I try! I feel like my PS fanboy ism requires me to like GoW but I really can't give two shits. :-/

It's weird - the trailer for the new God of War looked indistinguishable from a trailer for any other God of War. Not just in gameplay, but it looked like the story from God of War 1 again too.

They should just keep a Trilogy, a Trilogy. Not make another Trilogy.

I think, of everything Nintendo has done in the past years, the GamePad is the one great idea Nintendo has had. I wouldn't be opposed to Sony using the similar device, as they'll be able to do it better... multitouch, higher resolution, etc. There's also the possibilities of using the Vita instead.

Watching Spider-man 2 this weekend only reinforced how much better The Amazing Spider-man was than Raimi's trilogy.

One of my friends went to THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and brought me back Berry Burst Oreos! In Canada I can only find regular and Golden Oreos (plus double stuff variety of both) but in the States they seem to have a variety of Oreo varieties. And holy fuck are they delicious. Seriously. If there's one thing America can do correctly, it's junk food.

That's great, Jay. But lots of us enjoyed the Final Fantasy XIII games, including myself. If there's one thing more annoying than two people arguing over embedding a Kotaku video, it's people coming in just to say how much they dislike a game.
