This PSN+ deal is fucking awesome! I'm still a member because of the extra months they added due to the hack last year. But I would definitely renew now. So many games to download. Also, I haven't played inFamous at all. But I keep hearing its great. So now I got both games for free. Time to play them i guess. EDIT: I don't have the hard drive spaaaaace! NOOOOOOOO!

Are we spoiling the rest of the books, or just the tv show? I don't know if it's OK to open up some of these spoiler tags... even though I'm up to date with the show.

Huh? It would still be tense and exciting. It would also be that tense when reading. What you are saying makes no sense. If that were the case, there wouldn't be such a thing as spoilers. You do know why it's called spoilers right? Because it spoils the... No matter, i don't want to ruin the surprise.

I'm glad I'm not into (edit: reading the) books. Stuff like this (where you don't know if the wildfire is gonna work or not) is ruined when you know that yes, it's gonna work. If I knew exactly that would happen at that moment, it wouldn't have been so tense and exciting. Those green explosions were awesome.

I have a very strange issue with iTunes. It freezes for a few sec every time I increase/decrease the volume or pick some tracks to play. completely uninstalled it, manually deleted everything. Installed it and everything was fine, left it running for a few hours then the problem is back.

I've used it before, but wasn't compelled to keep it. I think I mostly had it as a transcoder for a little bit... but I need iTunes for syncing my iPhone with minimal hassle anyway. The only problem I have with it is sometimes in CoverFlow view, if I run a fullscreen 3D app, when I come back the cover view is gone - but it comes back when I switch view modes, so it's fine.

I used Winamp for like... 10-12 years as soon as it replaced the early Windows MP2 players. I got iTunes to support an iPod Touch and after a little while I found I was just playing stuff in iTunes because it was easier. Never thought it'd happen after seeing SoundJam MP and Musicmatch Jukebox (1999), but... there you go. It happened. I just use other stuff like The Godfather for mass tag editing.

Well the issue resolves itself when I run iTunes in safe mode. But comes back whenever i run it normally.
Oh well. I can live with that. I actually don't want any plugins anyway.

I heard this song a few years ago (when a friend recommended) and I didn't like it, just as he said I wouldn't. I can't get enough of it now. My music taste has definitely changed.

I have the 3rd birthday, and it doesn't look any better when I turn the color depth and bilinear filtering options On. I couldn't notice anything different at all. Dissidia 012 i've read doesn't seem to be improved too. I even read it makes it worse. I don't have that game... yet... so I can't really say. Half-minute Hero is as blocky as it was. Yeah I agree! Although the PSP games really don't look that bad. They're jagged but I don't mind. They're PSP games after all. Even U:GA is jagged sometimes.

Just change the color to blue, instead of orangey-brown or whatever that is, and it will be Metro! I don't think Ubuntu is as flat as that. Also, the text at the left of explorer (the collapsible sections). Seriously though, you don't think it looks like Metro?

For the second time... it isn't finalized. They even said changes would appear in the final version, beyond even the changes in the release candidate. I didn't say it was, i was just reacting to Dean posting it. And (wrongly) assuming that he liked it. As I said, it's ugly. And if it looked more Metro I would probably do! Like this mockup! Why couldn't they come up with something like that!?

Pardon me for not reading that novel, but the aero-less interface looks crappy to me! I like Metro, but making the windows flat like in windows 98/2000 is just so ugly. If it was "Metro"-flat, i would probably like it (but how do you do that? Metro is way different). But that one seems forced. I hope there's an option. I would probably know the answer to that if I read the "blog post" but its just soooo loooong...

Assassin's Creed 2 is on sale on Steam, the whole thing for $45 you get three games. Seems pretty cool if you were just waiting to get the price drops. http://store.steampowered.com/sale/ubi_weekend2012 I wanna get Revelations. But isn't Assassin's Creed notorious for being a system hog?

You may be interested to know that your save would do much more than lightning theme!!! It would also increase your chances, of winning at the casino! Hurray! Apparently. I left it with a rubber band to get the damn trophies on that damned thing. But I got it so whatever. The load times will make you ask "is it done yet?" because they are not that long, but noticeable. But that's ok. You could get in the game from the XMB faster than Uncharted 3.

Is Parasite Eve 1 and 2 like Resident Evil? I kinda want to play those two, after being addicted to the 3rd birthday. I am aware the 3rd birthday is totally different but I just want to learn more about Aya. I hate RE by the way.

Guys, it's OK to hate DRM, and curse it when it's on a game you can skip playing, but it's ok to cave in and tolerate the DRM and defend it because it's a game you think worth playing! Yes, I'm being a troll. But that's honestly how I see this diablo 3 DRM thing. I don't have the game yet not because of the DRM, but because I'm not interested in playing it yet.

Anyone has the 3rd birthday AND PS vita? The game freezes right at the (what I assume to be) ending cutscene, or even more final form of the final boss. I don't see anything on the web about it though...

No, I purchased it new on PSP and never got around to playing it (oops). I was considering buying it again but wasn't sure I'd play it this time. If what you're saying affects more than just your Vita, than perhaps I will stay away.

However, did you try deleting the game (keep your save!) and redownloading it? Maybe an error happened with the install.
