  1. If Sony does bring PlayStation VR to PC, I will most definitely save up for it. The PlayStation Gold Wireless Headset works on PC out of the box, so Sony could easily making a killing on bringing their VR "setup" to PC.
  2. That Star Wars Rebels Season 2 Finale. I had actual shivers at the end.

oooh has that finished. I'll have to grab the rest.

  3. So there have been some updates lately. Went onto the subreddit and there's a gallery of new items like armor, weapons, and ships. Clicky-click
  4. So I do have Twilight Princess HD now and have gone through the first four hours. My opinion hasn't changed that it's a solid game, but it's just not as memorable. There's great moments, but so far it surprises me how empty the environment feels. People complained that Skyward Sword recycled environments, but at least those environments were visually appealing and had life to them. To be fair, I'm still in "beginning" segment where Link is still going on a linear path of Point A to Point B.
  5. Somewhere in the dark hollows of the cold wastelands of Canada, TCP is adding the final chapter to his fourth installment of PlayStation erotica novels. This sad news only feeds the lust in his heart for a world where, one day, Pikachu only says "Sony" in the most anime schoolgirl accent of 20XX.
  6. Secret Anime Confession: I just completed Samurai Champloo. On TV, I only made it 3/4 through. I've had the Blu-rays for five years and just tonight I watched the final episodes. So flippin' amazing!

I only finished it a couple of months ago. Kind of odd but it's great.

I finally saw all of the episodes a few years ago. It was great.

  7. I still have my PS Move controller, so I would just need the PS Camera. They're cheaper on Amazon, but even so it's an additional cost. Makes sense they would be separate as there must be quite a few adopters since late 2013. And I'm not very confident that modders could get this PS VR to work smoothly on a PC. I only say that because there's a few proprietary components. I mean, maybe, but not enough to thrown down the money just yet.
  8. New Classes, Assassin and Herald in action. Personally, I'm drawn to the Assassin.
  9. Most definitely gonna wait until this thing gets off the ground. Even if it is the cheaper of the VR sets, that's still major money for something dedicated to one platform.
  10. I went ahead and got TP HD. The Prime deal was going to end this Friday, and I figured since I have a little extra cash, I'd want to get it at $47.99. If not now, who knows how long it would be for a first-party Nintendo title to be that cheap again.
  11. Eh, is anyone else interested in Overwatch? Didn't see a thread yet and the game launches May 24th.

Dues Ex? No, see we're all hyped for Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics.

yeah im looking forward to it. interested in what the power creep will be like when they add more stuff to it later on

  12. I got a cash bonus at work and budged on getting it. I figured if I was going to get a new controller for PC gaming I'd go wireless. As of now the "Cable for Windows" version is the same as my 9 ft. USB cable and the standard wireless controller isn't on sale.
  13. Those with an Xbox One, do like the controller over the 360 controller. I'm actually thinking about looking into one for my PC as they're cheaper on Amazon.

I like the 360 controller very slightly better, but not enough better to pay more for it if you're buying a controller either way.

I really like the One controller, even more than the 360's. It's bigger so it's more comfortable and the triggers have a better feel to them.

  15. I'm set on getting Dark Souls 3 for PC, though I'll stick with my wired 360 controller. I wasn't satisfied with having to tweak settings to make my DS4 controller for compatibility. Fallout 4 for example would have two commands associated with X somehow and I couldn't figure out why in the settings. Rather than downloading a few other solutions to see if their defaults were 1:1, path of least resistance and etc. Not to mention I should be able to run that delicious 60 FPS. Hopefully if I get this new job I can actually look into upgrading some of my PC.
  16. Voting for Trump in the hopes of sabotaging the Republican Party would be like putting a crack in the local dam so that your neighbor's house becomes flooded. If there are enough cracks, sure, your neighbor's house is flooded, but there was enough water to flood your house as well. If Trump somehow becomes president, and God help us if he does, at least Ethan can take comfort that he didn't vote for him at any stage of the election.
  17. I'll have to test it out, cause you mean DS4Windows, right?
  18. So I'm not sure if I should go with Dark Souls 3 on PS4 or PC. I meet the requirements on PC, just enough on the CPU. Amazon of course will have the 20% off deal. Right now Steam only wants to give me 8% off because I have Dark Souls 1 and 2 from Steam. I'm sure GMG will have a voucher, just not sure what percent off. Not to mention I still only have a 360 controller for PC and I do like my PS4 controller. I like to have a series all on the same platform, but obviously there are exceptions when going to a newer generation.
  19. Twilight Princess is a solid game, but to me it's not as memorable as other Zelda titles like Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Wind Waker. There's not much that I remember other than segments of a few temples. The spinning top was cool for its boss battle, but didn't have any use outside really. I also remember the Hyrule Castle segment at the end was really lackluster, so that disappointed me. The motion controls at the time didn't bother me, but once I learned that the Wii version was mirrored, it made me feel like I was playing a poor port for my first Wii title rather than a properly developed title. Granted, it was developed well, just the need for Link to be right-handed for the motion controls and the best method was to flip the world bugged me. I imagine if I do pick up it's HD version I would be satisfied, just it's not in my Top 5 so I haven't been anticipating it.
  20. So anyone remember Wander Over Yonder? The Disney Channel animated show that has been around a while, but kinda gets overlooked? I've watched some of the more recent episodes and it's pretty good stuff. I mainly have watched it for the main antagonist, Lord Hater and his Watchdogs. The protagonist, Wander, is always trying to make Lord Hater into a good guy and is trying to find ways for Lord Hater to befriend him. You know, to be honest, I swear this show is an analogy for adulthood. You have the half that's frustrated and gets angry when things aren't going to plan, but then you have the other half who's optimistic and wants to do good by people. Also, the animation is amazing and entertaining with character anatomy. It also helps that there's some pretty clever pop culture references for the adults too. The most recent episode was a musical, and I swear it was not at all bad. I was expecting some cringe inducing show tunes, but they were all excellently handled and catchy.
  21. If this race turns into Trump vs. Clinton, I swear I may consider moving up into the mountains. I'd only come down to the local gas station to look at the newspaper and see the level of how screwed my country recently became and obviously pick up some Red Vines.
  22. That's what I heard too, that Birthright is the beginner-friendly version whereas Conquest gets to the point that only veterans would be comfortable with. Considering I never got around to Awakening, if I get into Fire Emblem this time around, it'll be Birthright.
  23. I've got a phone interview tomorrow. I've taped some notes to my wall and if I had some string I swear I would be conspiracy theorist.

Good luck! If you want ideas for when they ask if you have any questions, a good one for phone interviews is, 'what are you wearing?'

Got done with the interview. Not sure how I did, though I tend to be critical about myself.
