This about sums up my opinion on the matter. I can deal with hypersexualization and all that, but it's just so old hat that I'm sick of being all over the place.

So far, the two most common defenses I've seen have been: 1) You're just White Knighting and trying to be all holier than thou! 2) Why do people keep bringing up dicks? It's not like the penis is the only sexual part of a man that can be exaggerated! Sometimes I wanna smack the internet around.

Magick Archer is pretty great for any quest that involves 'kill X number of wildlife' though! I used it primarily through my first playthrough while going Assassin the second time around. Third time it'll probably be Mystic Knight just to complete the cycle. Man, now I'm all excited for Dark Arisen again.

I'm basically there for the same reason W&S is, except without the commenting part. I switched over to Destructoid as my main source of game news though and will check Kotaku once every few days (usually on Moneysaver days).

Terry's rogue gallery suffers mostly on account of the Saturday morning cartoon nature of the show he initially appeared in, but he did have a few winners like Inque, Blight, Shriek, Curaré, the Neo Royal Flush Gang and Mad Stan (who I love only because I find his pseudo-social commentary followed by BLOW IT ALL UP to be hilarious for some reason). Though I do agree that they show remake the show and get more writers on it (though Dini was good).

My dream for the next Smash Bros. game is for online mode to always have items enabled. Sweet sweet tears!

My dream for the next Smash Bros is that there are incredibly extensive customization options for online play for items, damage ratio, speed, everything. And there's a toggle to turn of tripping too, but toggling it does nothing.

My older brother had Mega Man 2 when I was a kid so that was the one I played the most, but I've played damn near all of them (save for 1-4 on the Gameboy). I'm partial to the X and Legends series, though I enjoyed Command Mission a lot.

Tomb Raider sells 3.4 million ($204 million at $60 a pop!), Square-Enix calls it a failure. Fire Emblem: Awakening sells 170k ($6.8 million!), Nintendo calls it a critical success. What the flying fuck, game industry.

Yeah, and it would fit with Squeenix showing up at the PS4 event. If true, then they were probably supposed to announce it then but since they are slow as fuck they couldn't get a trailer ready so instead we got that pathetic "Please look forward to E3!". Wouldn't surprise me.

For me, it always feels like they're implying 'Controllers suck, let's have a set of gestures and expect a machine to match them up perfectly! Nothing could go wrong!'. And then everything goes wrong.

That's a dorky looking logo. On an unrelated note, I always kind of bristle at taglines like 'Introducing a NEW way to play'.

I don't think I actually brought Liara with me outside of the missions where she's mandatory, now that I think about it. Probably because I've never particularly liked her personality very much.
